I have worked out at every hotel I stay in and this newly renovated gym takes them all. First off there are two levels, cardio upstairs and weights/machines downstairs. On the cardio level there has to be 20 treadmills, 20 elliptical, 10 stairs, and 10 bikes, all with cable entertainment. Downstairs has legs and upper body machines, then free weights...

Checked in late due to late flight, room was given away, so we got another room, decent room. Moved to a different room A/C issues, keys not working. overall Ok stay. Got a massage which was amazing however they really are not equipped for a "spa" type atmosphere, the relaxation room consisted of two couches with paper thin walls so...

Rooms are large and very up to date. Excellent lighting. Unlike recently renovated Marriott properties, including Residence Inn and others, these rooms still have desks, chairs, closets, chest of drawers for clothes and other things, and a solid door on the bathroom. If you think I'm kidding, just wait and see. In fact, before you reserve here or at other...

I have stayed at a Marriott before and chose to stay here because I knew I would get a good nights sleep. The beds are really comfortable with down mattress toppers and white cotton sheets. The rooms offer a coffee machine and a fridge and not much else apart from a TV. There isnt any room service which is a...

The location is very convenient! It's about 2-minute walk to Powell St. Station. Staff are helpful and nice. We love their beds(Simmons BeautyRest) and we all slept well! I like their lobby though there were many people. The room was clean with a large desk.(free wifi within the room) We got a good deal and I think the price is...

The hotel is conveniently located for anyone attending a conference at the Moscone Center. And a few blocks away from Union Square. The rooms are below average for what you'd expect for 300 dollars a night. But then again, this is the city by the bay. Try the pub on floor 39. The views are unbeatable.

This hotel is right next to the Moscone Conference Center. It is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants and is walking distance to Chinatown. The rooms are nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The gym has been recently remodeled and is now two levels with a large number of high quality treadmills and elliptical machines.

Whilst visiting family in Sunnyvale we decided to spend a few nights in the city. This hotel is in a great location and we had a lovely stay here. Checking in was a breeze even though it was quite busy when we arrived due to a conference being on but we heard no noise in our room as we were...

As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member, I've never had a Marriott that treated my spouse as a second class citizen stating that she could not have any Platinum benefits until I arrived. ESPECIALLY when I called in advance to let them know she would be arriving early. Appalled. I will NEVER stay here again. I will simply mention that the...

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
