This small inn is a gem!! Almost hidden by bigger hotels, it's in a great spot, walking distance to attractions and transit. It's been very recently remodeled. Our room was a bit small by American standards, but very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Included was a buffet continental breakfast, complimentary wine and cheese 5:30-7 PM, cookies at 8...

Very nice, small boutique hotel next to Union Square. My wife and I spent two nights and had a great time. I was close enough to walk to work in the Financial District and my wife was close enough to shopping and restaurants to keep busy during the day. We enjoyed our little apartment with the king bedroom separated from...

This is my second stay. I enjoyed the morning and afternoon food and drinks and the low key atmosphere. Rooms are quiet and private. The property is located conveniently both for sightseeing and my business meetings.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a 3 nights stay at the Inn at Union Square in late August. We were warmly greeted at the small reception area when we arrived. After a minor mistake with getting us our room (the receptionist checked us in as a different guest), we quickly found our room to relax after a long day. We...

Apparently they don't have king beds - or so I was told at reception. Lovely little hotel and very friendly front desk reception. But no warning was given that construction was going on and I was exposed to dust and unbearable banging during my stay. I feel it is poor practice not to inform guests upon booking that construction is...

Dear pbitter100, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts on your recent visit. I am glad that you were able to find the friendly service that we are known for during your stay. I will, say, though, that I am unsure how it was communicated to you that we do not have king beds; perhaps it...

Friendly staff, warm welcoming attitude. Some disappointments, though: we stayed 9 nights there. We had to go to the reception desk twice because of the keycard problems; I found it annoying. Also, we were forced to swap the rooms twice because of the building construction noise and of the power problems in our room, which couldn't be fixed soon. The...

We stayed at the Inn at Union Square for a long weekend in January 2017. A small entrance and a small welcome desk, tiny elevator up - it is a small boutique hotel with outstanding service. Our room was a great size (much larger than I thought after seeing the entrance) and was in modern style, recently renovated. A continental...
