We were here for a stop over and stayed 2 days at the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of staff service and I would rate then better than a 5 star hotel. All staff were very friendly and wonderful which made our stay at the hotel even more pleasant. Room was of the size representative of...

Well, I wasn't prepared for NYC in San Francisco. The noise, the littered streets , the cool happening night life and late night restaurants. .but also the ....hmmmmm...street walkers in heels and tight short garments.. The Warwick was....remodeled...the lower 1/3..maybe. .yeah. .old elevator with old building odors. .we initially were placed in 5th floor room which was clean....the old fragrance...

On a last minute trip, I stayed here two nights on business. The room was nice enough on the surface but some important details were unacceptable. The worst part was lots of mildew in the bathroom, especially in the shower and there were hairs on the floor as well. The first morning I met my business partner in the adjoining...

Dear lkvg Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your stay. I was disappointed to learn that there were issues with several areas including our housekeeping staff. Our housekeeping team usually does a good job of cleaning and maintaining our guest rooms. I agree with you, there is no acceptable reason for a dirty room; clearly...

We spent 3 nights at The Warwick to kick off a 2-week vacation in California. The bedrooms have recently been remodeled and are very charming, if a little small, however that is to be expected given the location. The bathrooms are tiny (again, no surprise in such a centrally located boutique hotel in a historic building) but nonetheless functional, elegant...

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, and would stay here again. The rooms are quaint and very charmingly decorated, albeit business sized. The staff was also very friendly. Only downside is the neighborhood blighted with beggars and other more nefarious types, which is no fault of the hotel.

Dear jetsetter5195, Thank you for the very positive review. It is always great to hear from Japan and a Tripadvisor Senior Contributor. I was happy to see that you found our rooms to be comfortable and the staff very friendly. I did want to comment regarding the neighborhood; we believe the Union Square area is generally a safe and attractive...

Friendly front desk staff, beautiful rooms and exceptional location. We were given the choice of a room facing an alley way or the street and we chose the street - virtually no noise even though Santa Con was in town. This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone going to a show at Curran Theatre or wanting to shop in...

I guess boutique hotel is sometimes a nice way of saying small and sometimes a nice way of saying out dated. This hotel was in a good location but kind of tired. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was tiny. Pleasant staff and they did exceptionally well during the storm/power outage last week. But next...

Very nice boutique hotel in downtown SF. The rooms had historic charm but were well maintained and clean but kept the historic feel. The restaurant was absolutely incredible. The food was amazing and the wine selections were superior. Rent the yellow "GoCars" just a few blocks from the hotel. Great way to see SF.

Everything was really nice at this hotel! We had a great time. I got a really good deal using the hotel tonight app with the promo code "hotel_tonight". The hotel tonight app had the price about $75 less then I found anywhere else and with the hotel_tonight promo code I got an additional $25 off. ($100 off is pretty great!)
