The staff were very cordial and helpful to us in navigating restaurants and attractions in San Francisco. We would certainly stay at Hotel Triton again. The location was ideal for our trip (a visit to SF MOMA for the Matisse/Diebenkorn exhibit. There were a number of excellent places to eat in the vicinity. One note: if you are looking for...

It was a cute little hotel that had a fantastic location. The staff was wonderful- especially Stephen that stopped all traffic to get us a quick cab to meet the ferry in time. The rooms were small, but cute and expected for a building of that age. Overall really impressed.

this is my favourite hotel, great location and excellent staff.Booked in Feb. for a stay in April and Nicole and her staff couldn't have been more helpful. Happened to be there when the power went down to all the financial district and the staff were excellent, making sure everyone was safe and looked after. Will be back again

Stayed here this last weekend. Rooms are not huge, but adequate and charming. I was there with my son and we had a room with two double beds...it was lovely. Linens were spotless, and pillows and mattress quite comfy. Wifi was EXCELLENT, far better than I have had at hotels that were three times the price! We were on the...

Middle of the road hotel in a fantastic location, clean and tidy enough with helpful staff, free coffees in the morning at the reception, good touch screen information in the lobby but it's just the street noise at night, not the hotels fault it's just the location which during the day is great for downtown but a bit of a...

Hotel Triton is in a convenient location, with china town footsteps away and the shops and restaurants of union square just around the corner. The hotel gives a great personal and friendly touch compared to their big chain counterparts, being very helpful with recommendations, organisation of transport, etc. Steve the doorman will be the first to happily offer up some...

We stayed one night before our flight the next morning. The front desk was very welcoming and we did not utilize the coffee and tea the next morning. Checking in was very easy, it's just about located on the edge of Union Square so just outside the 'traffic' areas. It's walkable distance to Chinatown if you wanted to go there...

The Triton hotel is in a great place for most sights in San Fran. The staff are incredible, polite, informative and chatty. We got a free upgrade due to my husbands birthday at that time with a free bottle of champagne which was great. But the room was disappointing. This wasn't a suite we expected. The hotel needs an upgrade,...

Didnt really understand the quirkiness of the hotel with all the colours going on everywhere... Maybe because Im a middle aged Brit who's a bit passed it?? The hotel is directly on a main road right opposite the entrance to China town and incredibly noisey. Not a great sleep for the 2 nights we were there and althought I went...

This place was awesome. I wish I would have gotten the lady at the front desk name (I only know she was blonde and new)cuz she was so nice. They sent us wine and ice cream to our room too. The location was perfect for 0China town and the hotel itself was adorable.
