Lovely boutique hotel, very centrally located. Access to the cable cars, shopping, eating etc. Nice concierge helped us plan out a couple days of adventure. They don’t have coffee in the rooms likely because they want you to take breakfast at the hotel lobby which...More
This hotel was lovely, the staff were more than helpful. It is right in the heart of the city, its just yards from Union Square, handy for shopping and nightlife and about 30 mins at the most walk away from Pier 39. It is a...More

Firstly, I must recommend this hotel for its location and décor. A really great hotel. But even that does not beat its service. Thanks to Daniel, he really catered to my mum's needs and made sure that he did his best to meet them. He...More

This hotel masquerades as a 4 star property but it is anything but. It is old, run down, taped up and overpainted. Despite claiming a renovation, this place needs a lot of work.

Originally home to rallies supporting the Union Army in the Civil War, this grand square has become the city's premier shopping and entertainment district containing the largest number of upscale department stores, chic boutiques, art galleries and theatres in the city. It's a large open area where tourists and locals gather, watch cable cars and crowds go by, enjoy a snack, or plan their day of shopping and
sightseeing, If feeling the pulsating energy of the city is on your agenda, Union Square is the place to soak it in.

The room we stayed in was lovely. Not large but we were only there for one night so it didn't matter. The location is superb - walk out the door and you are almost in Union Square. There is no restaurant but you don't need one. San Francisco is full of restaurants very close by. You want to get out there and enjoy - not be stuck in the hotel. I would stay there again. The staff were very friendly and helpful - some of the best I have found in SFO. Good luck with whatever you decide
