This hotel is filled with so many awesome features. The rooms are super clean and very modern. I must say though that the people are what make this hotel outstanding! I left two of my necklaces behind and immediately the hotel representative called to confirm our address so that they could ship them to me. Any other hotel would have...

Me and my friend decide to stay at this hotel after we read a good review from TripAdvisor. The location was perfect, very close to the subway, tram and bus. Warm welcome from the staff and they were really helpful as well. The room quite small but clean and tidy but the lift/elevator a bit too old so you need...

My grandson and I brought my husband (who was in a wheelchair) to San Francisco, the day before he was to have back surgery at UCSF. All the hotels near the hospital were booked so we stayed at this hotel because the price was good and the location was convenient. That was where the convenience ended, tho. It's a very...

I stay in around 30 hotels a year, and I have never been so disappointed. If you visit their website the hotel comes across as a fairly trendy boutique hotel. I was checked in to a triple room - I hadn't asked for this - and for 300 dollars I get a bunk bed and small single in a tiny...

Before booking this hotel I read its mixed reviews. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Good location with good access to public transportation. Free wifi. The room we had on the first floor was very small, and I mean it. If you have a suitcase bigger than the carry-on, the only place where you will be able to open...

When planning our Californian trip with friends we were very surprised at the very high prices quoted for accommodation in San Francisco. The Edwardian situated in Market St did not seem to badly priced considering the good transport links near by. However as has been mentioned in previous reviews the rooms are very small, with no decent cupboard space. The...

Although it is set in an historic building, the charm is not really present because of the very small rooms, the wear of the years that show on the wall's base boards and windows. Pricy for what you get. Location near the Opera house is nice so is the Zuni café next door but the neighborhood is a little rough.

This is a hotel where everything is done on a budget and the owners are clearly more interested in making as much profit as they can opposed to any actual customer comfort. Although a budget hotel, I would class this as more of a hostel at best. I stayed here for 2 nights in August 2015. I booked a twin...

I searched this hotel before booking and the room we were given was absolutely nothing like those represented on the site. It was tiny (we had trouble getting ourselves and 2 suitcases in), unrefurbished, noisy (we were above a loud cooking vent) and swelteringly hot. The area is also very rough. When I inquired at reception about moving to another...

This hotel, on mid-Market, is in an excellent location, with the F-line tram picking up and dropping from just outside the door and across the street. The rooms are small, but nicely decorated. Ask for a lower floor level room to get the best water pressure, as it's a very old building and it isn't the best on the higher...
