Hotel is really well situated close to fishermans wharf, Union Square and other major places. Hotel it's self is great. Staff are brilliant and always there with a smile and very very helpful to cater for all your needs. Had one small issue regarding a card payment which was resolved quickly and professionally. Greg on front desk is a joy...

Arrived in San Francisco for as 4 night stay and was delighted by the hotel!!! The rooms are immaculately clean and well appointed. The hotel is in an excellent location just north of downtown San Francisco, handily placed for buses and cable cars alike. They are soon to add a restaurant facility which can only enhance the overall experience!! There...

We stayed at the hotel vertigo for 3 nights. As a family of 4 over 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. It is a nice quiet hotel and has very friendly front desk staff, that will help with anything if asked. The decorative items also make this hotel quite unique. As...

I stayed at the Hotel Vertigo during Oracle Open World which is probably one of the busiest times for hotels in San Francisco. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The elevator worked every time with minimal wait times.. My room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. The Wi-Fi had good reception and service. The shower offered good water...

This hotel is not convenient for anywhere. It is 9 blocks, ,10 mins from Union Square. It is on top of a steep hill so it is 20- 30 mins back. It is over 2 miles from the waterfront area with no direst public transport. Left on Sutter St it is at least 4 blocks to a restaurant. It is...

This hotel was expensive and adequate. Our room was a king but was small and very dark. A fridge and tea and coffee making facilities were a plus. Apparently there was a convention on in the city so prices were high but prices are high in san fran generally. The hotel was in a great location and we walked to...

We stayed here 3 nights before we embarked on our roadtrip around CA. Was a great way to start our trip, very good hotel. Staff were very friendly, certainly Gregory (hope I remembered his name correctly). He enjoys singing and like to make jokes with the guests. Stayed here for a business trip at the end of August. The hotel was very clean and updated and all of the staff members were very nice.
