This quaint but well appointed Inn is wonderful. The rooms are done well. We stayed in a suite that was spacious, well furnished and with an incredible bathroom. The drive is very easy. The restaurant has an excellent menu with that is priced below its value. Greeneville is a charming town to explore. The NPAC events are a wonderful part...

Our family had a stay here in late June. There is a parking lot behind the hotel with a portico for loading and unloading. The hotel is very handicap accessible. The lobby is beautiful. it has a large fireplace and lounge chairs to enjoy the fire. I enjoyed the tall ceilings and decor. Our room, a king bed with the...

Stayed here one night on a business trip. Wow! The hotel has been remodeled, but they were able to keep all the old features that make it a charm. You get level floors and good water pressure and doors with modern locks along with vintage looks. The common areas are all old-school with all the charm of an old building...

I tend to be a B&B traveler, but stayed at the General Morgan Inn for a conference. I was really impressed with the tasteful elegance, hospitality and comfort during our three days there. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant were all very cheerful and helpful. We had a "premier" room which was large and comfortable....

Having a chance to stay at an Historic Inn dating back to the 1880's was a real treat. The hotel itself is a statement of beauty and cleanliness as soon as you walk in the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The room was extremely neat and clean, and you felt right at...

I have stayed here 9 years in a row and not only is it the most comfortable hotel bed you'll ever sleep on, it's also one of the cleanest rooms, with a nice spacious bathroom. The GMI is a beautiful historic hotel with a friendly and helpful staff, with wonderful large carts available to get all my luggage (and more)...

I was at the General Morgan for a conference and also stayed there. My room was very spacious with tall ceilings. It has a historic feel and the lobby is very nice. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very good. Parking wads little tight at times but I always found a spot.

Stayed here one nite recently for business. It's an older hotel and it shows. The 'gym' is pretty sad, just a few machines located in an abandoned room. I had a room facing the main street and between the street noise and the lights, the room was pretty bright the entire nite. A room on the interior would be better...

We love historic hotels and this one is really lovely! Great location with comfortable rooms and service! Greeneville is so cute to explore and this is the place to use as a base as you visit the local area.

I've stayed at The General Morgan Inn for eight years running, while attending a training conference in Tennessee. It's a beautiful historic property with a fantastic in house restaurant! The staff always welcomes everyone just like family....family they actually like. :)
