We have stayed at this Quality Inn twice now and plan on staying many more times in the years to come. Not only does the staff make you feel safe and secure, but housekeeping makes sure that all needs are met and the rooms are cleaned to perfection before checking in. This hotel is very easy to find when driving on the express way and a very simple walk from the towns small stores in Harper Ferry downtown. My husband and I both work in healthcare facilities as frontline workers and also have a fear of contracting the virus; however, staying at the Quality Inn, we never second guessed how clean and safe we were. The room was spotless when entering and we were informed that housekeeping would be available upon request however would not be provided on a daily basis as was done previously. If anything were needed, a simple door handle survey was provided in which the visitor could simple place a check on what may be needed such as towels, toilet paper, etc. and have contactless delivery. There is a small gym that is accessible to all visitors as well as washer and dryer that are available until 10pm (bring change because they do require quarters). The front desk crew is there 24/7 to answer questions and assist with any problem that may occur. From the moment you walk into the lobby to check in, instantly the feeling of "home" kicks in and you. are welcomed in without problem. We cannot wait for our next trip to Harpers Ferry and will definitely be booking our stay at the Quality Inn!…
I'm relocating to the area from Virginia and had previously stayed at the Clarion during my other stays. After having a really weird experience over there, I decided to book in the Quality Inn the next time I came through. I was very pleased with this place. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I have no complaints and will be back here. The breakfast bags are better than I was expecting, which was great.
We stayed two nights. We were traveling on bicycles and they let us bring the bikes to our room. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent and the room where it was served was kept clean. Front office attendant was helpful and cheerful too. We would stay here again.
This hotel is very conveniently located to all of the main attractions in Harpers Ferry. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. Our room was plain, but neat and clean. It had a mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The property is close to the highway so we had a fair amount of traffic and truck noise until later in the night. We would stay here again.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel- clean, well accommodated, outstanding service. We travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels, from boutique luxury to budget. This place met all our needs for a great price. We found ourselves in difficult circumstances, and the staff were able to accommodate us generously. Excellent location: on edge of historic Harpers Ferry, Appalachian Trail, and myriad outdoor attractions. A mere 15 minutes from the conveniences/attractions of historic Harpers Ferry. Close to highway but somehow still quiet- easy, comfortable, peaceful nights sleep. Front Desk Amanda immediately put us at ease upon check-in for the first time since departing on our stressful trip made under unfortunate circumstances- we immediately felt grateful to be there. Breakfast Man Earl took care of us every morning at breakfast- always a kind word or helpful service. Cleaning Supervisor Debbie went out of her way to make sure our room was clean and appointed throughout. Finally, GM Allan was the first and last person to positively influence our stay, and several times throughout. He emailed back and forth with me in advance of arrival to iron out details, and took great care throughout before finally wishing us farewell. GM Allan is understated, sincere and ever-present when you need him. His team spoke highly about him as well when he wasn't even around which speaks volumes. Thanks for the fantastic experience during this stressful time.…
