Upon walking in to the house, the first thing that I noticed was the musty smell. As I walked around, I realized that it was fairly dirty. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawer, dirt on the floors, dead bugs, and hair/dirt in the shower. The bedroom was cleaner, and the bedding seemed very clean. I kept my shoes...

This is a small one bed room apartment with a futon in the living room. It is about 1/2 mile +\- from Lower Town. One of two units in this Civil War vintage home, the apartment was clean and with just about everything you need except for dish cloth s and a toaster. I'm leaving a note and am certain...

My husband and I stayed in the Armory Quarters A this past week. The house was so quaint. It looked to be from the 1800's and was huge! It came with a living room, kitchen, backyard, upstairs bedroom with bathroom then another floor with an attic, which could probably be used for another bedroom. In front was a cute little...

We had a pleasant two day stay here recently. The kitchen was well equipped for 4 and had sufficient pots and other cooking items. It was warm so we didn't need the heat. The stairs going to the bedrooms are curved and steep as shown in the picture. If using both bedrooms you have to go through one to get...

We deeply regret that this client did not enjoy his stay. According to our reservation system he was sent detailed instructions and a welcome package that provide all the information he needed to check in to his rental. Occasionally we find that people miss or don't read the second email that provides there welcome package and if that's the case...

My fiancé and I stayed at the Armory B&B #B for New Years Eve. Horrible! There was space heater (very small) for heat in the kitchen, living room and one for the entire upstairs section. The wine glasses had debris in them and the kitchen was not equipped with proper cooking items, a few sauce pans and cookie sheets! The...

Stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn't be happier. The house was very clean and comfortable, close enough to walk into the heart of town and on a main road but very quiet. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen was well stocked though we didn't do any cooking. The outdoor space was nice,...

My hubby and I stayed in the "b" quarters for a weekend getaway. Walking in the house smelled lightly of lavender and a note on the chalkboard welcomed us (we arrived late in the evening). The entire house was charming and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Some things to note: coffee maker is available but bring your own...

We were supposed to stay for 2 weeks in the B side of the house (the larger side). I guess I'll just rate it average even though the place itself was just adorable and historic. The problems we had with it were OUR personal problems.....not necessarily problems with the house. The owner stopped by right after we arrived. She was...

My husband and I stayed one night here. The owner Carrie greated us at the door. She showed us in and even got a fire going for us in the fireplace. Everything about this place was wonderful including the owners. There was shampoo and all the necessities you would need there. Surprised to find a fully function kitchen and even...
