We (myself, husband, sister, and 4yo niece) stayed in Unit #4 for 3 nights. Look no further because this really was the perfect place to stay! For our trip to hike at Arches and Canyonlands, I wanted us to stay somewhere in Moab that was not a hotel or condo community. After researching places to stay in Moab, the appeal...

We (two families with two kids total) stayed here this past week for three nights! We had unit 22 which had a studio on the bottom floor with a king bed and full bathroom, a bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and full bathroom and a loft with two twin beds. The unit had a full kitchen...

We stayed in Unit#1 which I found on VRBO which is managed by the property owner Shannon. This property is one of the most immaculate holiday rentals I have ever come across. The two story town home as two bedrooms 21/2 bathrooms, a beautiful living area with a fire, perfectly equipped kitchen, and outstanding patio area with a grill and...

We have stayed here three times because it has a great proximity to all the Moab activities and really is perfect for a family. The units are split level with spacious living rooms and patios. There are typically three bedrooms, so they can accommodate larger families. The tree-covered grounds are great with an "oasis" with running stream, small pond and...

I read many reviews before having chosen this place for our trip to Utah in July 2014. Moab Springs Ranch exceeded our expectations. The place was bigger than we expected, very nicely maintained, and situated in a quiet, relaxing area. My husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom, which was next to a room with bunk beds and a separate...

Stayed here for 4 nights while exploring the parks. We had unit #7, there were 3 of us friends so we each had our own room. Note the bedroom in the middle with the bunk beds only has a sink so we gave him the upstairs bathroom. It is in a great spot in town, about 5 minutes from Arches...

We go to Moab a few times a year, and #22 at MSR is our go-to accommodation. Staying here is like an oasis in the desert. After a day of playing outside in Moab there is nothing like coming back to MSR to relax. The condo is an end unit with beautiful views of the valley from 2 of the...

We were very impressed with our unit (22) and the ranch's location. It's a peaceful place as it's on the outskirts of town - nearer to the parks entrances too which is handy. Modern with great furnishings and a deck overlooking the cliffs (we had a private end unit). Our kids enjoyed the high loft - but take care if...

We go to Moab at least 3 times a year and for the first time this year stayed at the Moab Springs Ranch #22. We loved this place so much we will not go anywhere else in Moab again. The great thing about this place is it is so close to town but once you get in - it feels...

We've been making the trek to Moab for a spring visit and staying at Moab Springs Ranch for about 8 years. These units at the front #'s 1 - 6 are the first condos built on the site. The oldest building is 100 years older though! We love how they open onto a green space which is great for a...
