stayed in our toyhauler. Great campground, big sites with water and elec. heated bathhouse nearby. The most beautiful wooded setting with great views coming in and out. Wide paved sites with firepits , lantern poles water and 30 amp elec. Will visit again.

First time and loved it! We had spot D33. We tent camped and couldn't ask for a better location. Very quiet park. Only saw one deer out entire visit. Great visitor center at this location! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The campground was very nice and there are multiple areas (A-D and E loop 1 and loop 2) for tent or RV camping. We had the whole E loop 2 to ourselves with our own bathhouse, screened in pavilion and huge firepit. The pavilion had a big fireplace, 2 grills and quite a few picnic tables. The bathhouse was nice...

We researched EVERYWHERE in Tennessee before booking here and we were sooooo happy we ended up here! We are tent campers and didn't want to be on top of (or under) RVs that seem to take up most campgrounds. Bandy Creek has a great tents only loop and it's very seperate from the RV section. The sites are far enough...

This is one of the best setup and maintained car camping camps I've seen/stayed at. Extremely nice facilities including showers. Nice helpful staff. Firewood is close by and the locations are reasonably spaced apart, not on top of each other. During summer you can reserve your exact spot online.

I went here in late October for a camping trip. Unfortunately it rained for most of the trip, but I definitely want to come back there. It is a really nice campground, with heated bathrooms. The best part about it is the variety of hikes you can do from this one campground, anywhere from one miles to 20 miles. There...

This was our first time camping with our horses and really didn't know what to expect. Some of my family had been there and rode the trails, so we knew the trails were nice. You cannot have your horses at the campsite. You must make arrangements for your horses to be boarded at the Bandy Creek Stables. It is a...

Our family visited Big South Fork for three days during mid-August while traveling in a 25 foot, class C, RV. We began with a one night stay at Blue Heron campground in Kentucky, and then we moved to Bandy Creek campground for two days and nights. I was very impressed by the facilities which were all clean and in good...

We recently used the Bandy Creek Campground of the Big South Fork National Park as a base camp for our trek out onto the local trails. I agree with an earlier review – there are many tight turns on the road to get to this park. When they say 10 MPH they mean it! The campground was well maintained, and...

First of all, the road to get to Bandy Creek is insane with lots of hairpin turns. Take it slow, especially if you're in an RV. Depending on when you go you may or may not need a reservation. The entrance to the campground is staffed, so if you don't have a reservation they'll tell you what's open. Loop A...
