Just got back from a weekend in Bis South Fork and had to review. What a great campground. We stayed in Loop A which is tents only. I have stayed in roughly 30 different campgrounds around Tn and these are by far the cleanest. The bathhouses are heated, large, and well maintained. Water was hot and high pressure. The tent...

My family stayed at Bandy Creek this weekend and we all loved it. We were at 32C which was conveniently located within the campground and was very well kept. The facilities were nice clean and warm. They had astronomy night on Saturday with several telescopes set up. We alk enjoyed that. We meet a very nice Park Ranger who showed...

Lovely and out of the city, 30 minutes from nearest town! We had the place to ourselves only 3 other people here, it was great. This was in June. Good hiking trails but some you have to drive to the trail heads! Lovely and quiet, great get away! Also in Sept. they have music and story telling so we are...

We enjoyed 10 days of bliss at Bandy Creek May 2014. We hiked every day with our dogs to outstanding rock formations. This campground is clean & spaced out, so you feel private on your own site. Bath houses are clean. Price is $22/ni w/o Sr Discount, and $11/ni with it. We stayed in Loop D. Note that some of...

We did tent camping here for one night only, it was very peaceful. When we called to make reservations, they said don't worry about doing that because they are not usually full, and sure enough when we got there we got to pick a spot that we liked. The bathroom buildings were located close to all of the spots, and...

This was our second stay at Bandy Creek Campground. We were camping with our teardrop trailer. Park is patrolled regularly. Very clean. Sites are among tall mature trees. Bathhouses are clean and many available. We camped with five other couples and everyone enjoyed there stay.

These campgrounds consist of Different Loops to park your rig. The sizes of the campsites come in various sizes. They are paved, have water and electric. The bathhouses are so clean and have great water pressure. The roads are paved as well....there is a pool but I don't think it opens until later in May. The stables is about 1...

I have been coming to the Big South Fork area and Bandy Creek since the early 90's. The campground has not shown it's age at all. They maintain it beautifully. Lots of hot water in very spacious bathhouses and showers. Paved roadways. Playground and pool. Well planned. Friendly atmosphere...horse campers mixed with every other kind. It can't be beat. Your...

This is one of the nicest campgrounds I've utilized. I like the fact that one of the loops is set aside for tents-only (which is how I camp), and bath houses are definitely the nicest I've seen for a government-operated campground. I would give this place a five, but three camp sites around us were used by a group of...

We have been riding the Big South Fork National Forrest for year now. We mostly stay at Bandy Creek Campgrounds in Oneida, TN. The campgrounds are very clean and spacious! The bathhouses are roomy, great water pressure and warm! The only down fall is your horses are about 3/4 of a mile away at the stables. The stables are starting...
