No elevator. 3rd floor only open. try dragging bags up! we did not check in to our prepaid room, asked to speak to manager about refund. manager did not return call. Written statement at impromptu front table, in poorly equipped make shift breakfast room ( a guest room) led to a most unfavorable experience possible. Bottom line: management needs to...

Has potential but 3 things make me not want to recommend this place 1. Renovations made room smell like chemicals 2. The only entrance is a very steep and small narrow road that gets busy because it's the entrance to Texas roadhouse 3. The guy didn't charge my card key right so I didn't work my second night there and...

The hotel is currently going under some construction but it did not affect our stay at all. The service was great, the steakhouse next door does take out service and it is well priced for its proximity to the Biltmore Estates. Will definitely be staying here again!

My experience at this hotel was the absolute worst. We booked I booked a 3-night stay using a Priceline express deal and ended up at the Clarion. We checked in at night, when there was no evidence of construction until you drove to the back to park the car. On our second day, our kids grew violently ill and we...

This motel offers a clean and comfortable room at a good price. I was impressed with the management. The facility is non-smoking, but when we arrived in our room, it was obvious that the previous guests were smoking in the room. We called the front desk, and within three minutes the manager on duty was at our door with the...

We were happy to find great rates as well as undergoing total renovation. Our room was clean and comfortable and friendly staff..and almost at entrance of Biltmore Estate. ..and to the Biltmore Village Shoppes. Also a great restaurant right next door!

Room was nice. Nothing special. Good wifi and flat screen tv so nicely updated. Rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Right off the highway so easy access. Next door to Texas Roadhouse so easy walk. Parking is ample. Close to Biltmore Village and the Biltmore. Breakfast was in cramped quarters as the hotel was under remodel so not spread out,...

Room was clean and comfortable. Main road very close to hotel. Room very noisy. HVAC is wall mounted. Noisy and hard to control temperature. Free coffee and light Breakfast was a plus. Good rate at bookings.com. Very near to Biltmore Estates.

Disgusting and disgusted. Stayed here for first of 4 night reservation. Couldn't regulate heat all night, "moderate construction" in the surrounding rooms began at 8 AM so loud that I could not talk on the phone- or make the calls necessary as a business traveler. Power tools, lifts blocking the driveway, and dismissive front desk. Checked out at 11:15 and...

We booked this hotel due to it's location to the Biltmore Estate. We came up for the 2016 Cyclo-cross National Championship races. We were told (and could see) renovations were taking place when we checked in at the front desk. Nothing about the construction on any websites before we booked. This, however, did not affect us during this visit as...
