This is a nice, modern hotel in a great location within walking distance of everything you will want to see in downtown Asheville. Had everything we needed. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also has a car park.

We recently stayed two nights at the Hotel Indigo in Asheville. We found the location to be excellent in downtown Asheville, the rooms to be clean and very nice (appear brand new), and the staff to be exceptional. The weekday rates at the hotel are reasonable, but the weekend rates, in my opinion, are too high. We decided to cut...

This hotel is very nicely designed and appointed. They are NOT small! There is a side chair and ottoman as well as desk. Also a separate side table at entrance for coffee, ice bucket etc. We were on the 6th floor, streetside...VERY quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice touch to have cold beverage with snack at front desk...

Rooms are overly small, half the size of a comparable room in a normal hotel. This place is trying way to hard to be "trendy." Felt like I was staying inside of a glorified dorm room with retro decor. This particular brand is trying to sell a motif over substance. Hotel Indigo is going to look dated & ridiculous in...

Fabulous hotel in every way! Upon my early arrival at 11AM, I expected to leave my luggage and return later. Imagine my surprise when my room was ready for check-in, a true and welcome rarity. Front desk reception from Sunshine and Nikita was warm and friendly and provided all the information I needed. My room was spotless. The bed most...

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is clean and reasonably new. Decent small restaurant/coffee bar in the lobby that you could get meals, breakfast treats, wine, etc. from. Refreshingly, Indigo, unlike many high end venues, provides free WiFi. Tip of the hat for that respect for the customer. Good location in walking distance to the downtown activities without being...

Stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway. Very underwhelming. The location is very easy, with both valet and self parking. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. However, the hotel itself lacks character or interest. Also, feels overpriced for what it is. The staff are wonderful; very helpful with lots of recommendations. I would try the Aloft next...
