I had never stayed in a hostel before, so I was not sure what to expect when I booked a few nights at Sweet Peas. I was impressed by the pictures online and the price cannot be beat, so I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the stay was! The pods are plenty...

I've been here in April 2017 in one "pod". The hostel is very nice, a big open space on 1 floor. Perfect for meet peaple and see Asheville by walk. As they explicitly say the brewery on the first floor is noisy, but it close quite early and the situation get very quite. With my great surprise even if it...

Thank you for the great review and for staying with us while you were visiting Asheville! The pods are a great option for solo travelers or for people who are new to hosteling. It does create a private zone and I am happy you were comfortable!

I had never stayed in a hostel before, so I didn't have anything to compare it to. But it was clean, the staff very friendly, and the other guests quiet and respectful. It was conveniently located downtown. There was parking available in a reasonably priced ramp across the street. I stayed in one of the private rooms, and the one...

As an avid hostel stayer, I can say that I am impressed with Sweet Peas every time. This is the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in, the staff is helpful and usually provide great recommendations, and with it being key card entry, it is also a safe option. The location is awesome - right downtown Asheville! (Note: As other reviews...

Sweet peas had great friendly staff. The place was gorgeous and very unique. It was a bit noisy, just because of the hardwood floors you can hear everyone move around, but they offer ear plugs for free. For a super cheap stay it was above average! Heart of downtown easy to walk to everywhere and parking garage is $10 a...

I stayed here for a night and it did it's job. The pods and bunks are all in one area right by the kitchen, living room, and laundry room with no door or walls to separate so the noise was a bit too much. Forget about sleeping in in the morning because you will just hear all the noise from...

In town for literally one night with a friend for a girls trip. Neither of us had stayed in a hostel before but love the town and thought, why not? Turned out to be a super cool experience. Very clean, very safe, very impressed. The employees were nice and helpful as well. Beds were comfortable, quiet at night, and cozy...

This is the cleanest hostel I've stayed in. It's location downtown and close to shops, restaurants, museums, parking. It has a great vibe, privacy curtains at the bunks, cozy living area, stocked kitchen, free tea. I felt comfortable and safe. The dorms are co-ed. The hostel is above a brewery; however, I did not hear any noise etc from the...

This is a beautiful hostel that has identity. The workers were very kind with me and the passengers too (cool people). It is cheep and clean, and you can prepare your own food. It is at the downtown, so is easy to walk around this awesome city :) I stayed in the private pods and it was fine.

FOUR stars because of the LOCATION. Can't beat it. The facilities are nice, bathrooms and showers are kept reasonably clean. IMPORTANT PART. The private rooms kinda suck. No windows, tiny, feels like a jail cell? ALSO, if you're booking the private room to have private time with another person maybe look somewhere else. EVERYTHING in this room creaks LOUDLY with...
