I stay here almost every time I come to Asheville for work and the Bistro staff is the reason! There is one woman that's there almost every single morning and I wish I had her name, but she is SO sweet and the very reason I keep coming back. She remembers my order and asks me how my day is going every single time. I wish I could have this experience everywhere I go. The bistro is quick and so yummy! It makes this hotel worth it.

Have been staying here regularly for six months. It is a new hotel, only about a year old, and is in great condition. Considering the challenges of COVID, I think they have a done a nice job adapting. The staff is great. The front desk is helpful and cheerful. The workout room is large for a hotel in this category. Great location as it is in walking distance to a number of other restaurants. However, I often enjoy breakfast at the Bistro downstairs and occasionally dinner or drinks in the evening. The staff at the Bistro is really friendly and the food is very good and comes out hot and fast.

The room was clean, and the hotel had nice amenities. Friendly staff and good location near Biltmore Village. The hotel allows easy access to downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village. Great place to visit in the fall as the leaves change color!

Most of the hotels this size all look alike. Not this one. The lobby area is so cool!! It has a real bar and restaurant area. It also has "pods" where up to 4 people are somewhat enclosed so they can talk, drink, eat and watch TV enclosed within the pod. There is a covered patio with fireplace outside in the back. Rooms are beautiful and the design of the whole space is very unique and well thought out. Don't come here for the view. There isn't one. Come for the location, location, location. Walk to Builtmore Village and the Estate. Lots of eateries and pubs within walking distance.(Also, spend a couple hours brousing through the Habitat Restore across the street....one of the best in the country.). The staff of the Courtyard is exceptional. The General Manager is very welcoming as are the front desk staff. Kudos to everyone!

New, contemporary hotel close to Biltmore Estate. Staff was very kind and the front desk gave us great pointers for parking downtown as well as restaurant choices. The room was spacious, nicely appointed, huge TV, comfortable seating area, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was very clean, the shower pressure was perfect. Even though the bed was a bit too soft for our comfort, we couldn't take stars off for that.
