My soul has been refreshed. Covid has not impacted the hospitality Bear and Patti offer. All of our concerns were left behind as we pulled up the driveway. Breakfast was fantastic! as usual. Cleaning procedures were in place as well as social distancing. This was our 15th visit to Asheville; it gets better every time we come.

We were a group of 3 couples who stayed on the lower level of the Inn which worked great for socially distancing during pandemic. We ate separately from the other guests, and cleaning accommodations were made to not have staff in our room other than fresh towels and remove trash. Breakfast was fantastic! We even saw a bear while driving down the mountain. You feel like you are in a cabin in the woods, but Asheville is just a few minutes away. Uber and Lyft do come to the Inn if you prefer not to drive into Asheville on the mountain roads at night.

My wife and I came in for 4 night stay. First 2 nights just us. Then 2 other couple friends came. Bear and Patti are the best Inn Keepers ever! And we travel many destinations. Beautiful place they have made into a family feeling. Their experience at Crooked Mountain is unmeasured. They are simply the top in the Industry. We came back after 14 years just to see their beautiful place again. And the two of them. If you are looking for a tremendous experience in Asheville Go to Crooked Mountain Inn. And did I mention the incredible Breakfast they make. Oh my. Bear is the best chef ever. Thank you Bear and Patti. Wonderful trip. God Bless you both.

We had a wonderful experience. Great location, very private. Close enough to downtown for meals and activities. The suites are amazing, super clean and vey well appointed. Breakfasts were a treat, allowing us to skip lunch. Patti and Bear are delightful hosts, employing safe practices and keeping all guests safety in mind. We definitely recommend Crooked Oak Mountain Inn!

Returning to Crooked Oak Mountain Inn this month was a real treat. They are open. They are practicing safe social distancing measures for meals, and in the common areas. Your room is your oasis to be mask free. Innkeepers and staff all wear masks, and wipe down high touch surfaces. Relax on the patio, take a walk along Patton Mountain Road. We did not need to go in to town except for some takeout. Innkeepers will help you arrange for an evening meal takeout or dine al fresco, if you wish. Easy access to/from the Parkway. Secluded, quiet, refreshing, renewing. Just what the doctor would order for these stressful times. Crooked Oak puts the Ahhh in Asheville! Check them out online or better yet call up the innkeepers and make a reservation! Oh and did I mention you will need the walks after your generous and delicious breakfasts. Waffles or french toast, anyone? How about their homemade granola and fresh fruit? My favorite hideaway, but I am happy to share the secret with you! Cheers!
