We spent one night at The Residences recently during a visit to Asheville for my husband to run the Half Marathon at the Biltmore Estate. We stayed in a queen sized bed studio and it was perfect for just the two of us and we liked that it had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, etc. The only problem...

We stayed here for a long weekend with our family of 4. We had a family member in the hospital and this location was very convenient. Property is close to Biltmore and discount tickets are available in the office. Spacious living room. Eating area a bit cramped for the 1 bedroom rooms.

Very upscale furnishings and convenient to Biltmore Estate. A $7 uber ride to downtown Asheville which is worth it to avoid parking hassles. The only issue I had is the floor/ceiling insulation isn't great so we could hear the people above us walking overhead. I would suggest booking a top floor. There are elevators. The grounds were nice and convenient...

My elderly parents (both 91), myself, and my sister stayed in the 2 bedroom unit with a pullout sofa in the living area (unit 209). The pros on the unit were that it was very clean and nicely furnished. Having a full refrigerator and kitchen was very nice. The major con for this unit was the pull out sofa was...

These are condos, but there may be people that live there full time also, not sure. We were treated to very thin walls, howling, chattering and screaming children and parents. We could hear every word of the conversations, giggling and tantrums. Then there was the smoke. We could not sit on the balcony because the smokers below us were out...

Terrible customer service, dishonest advertising! Buyer beware! My group was looking forward to a great experience, but got the opposite. Cancellation policy is not honored as stated. I'm a frequent visitor to Asheville and often travel with a group. We will never book this place again. There are so many nice places in Asheville. Do yourself a favor and choose...

Great place to stay, within walking distance of multiple restaurants and stores. Also able to have our dog with us - although next time he will be above the weight limit (very sad). Staff in the office and housekeeping very cordial and polite. Condos were spacious and exceptionally clean - highly recommend staying here while in Asheville.

What a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and it was clean and very luxurious for the great price! Would definitely stay here again if we come back. It was a great location to visit the Biltmore!

It was a very enjoyable experience. It is an easy walk to everything in biltmore village. It requires a short drive to shops and restaurants downtown and very close to the biltmore entrance. We liked having a condo for our child. The kitchen, laundry, and separate bedroom came in handy.

I've stayed here a few times. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, with recommendations for places to eat, and things to see and do while in town. The suites are very nice. Stone fireplace, modern kitchen, big bathrooms. This trip brought snow. It was beautiful coming down. All was quiet and peaceful.
