We stayed here in Asheville because it was dog friendly. They have bags and some grass areas outside for your dog. Although it is a 5-10 minute drive to things you want to see in Asheville, I thought the rooms were really nice and recently renovated, and the breakfast was great. Eggs, biscuits/gravy, sausages, bacon (this looked questionable), and all...

This hotel is a very easy access from the interstate and was recently remodeled so it had some nice up to date features and easy access for my phone charger which helps a lot when bouncing towers on the road kills them so quick. Everything seemed clean and in order, we read that some of the heat/ac units could be...

Overall: average. Pros: Good location. Pet friendly. Cons: Ground level room quite cramped and dark. Frequent noise from parking lot and other rooms. Seems to be a high percentage of "partying" guests. Importantly for some, internet connection was extremely poor; nearly useless much of the time.

Wife and I strayed here two nights in late April and found the place to be well above average. Recently remodeled and clean. They accepts dogs as well with a $10/night fee. Breakfast is typical fare. Our sausage links were cold. Eggs too. Buscuits seemed to be frozen at one time and milk gravy was instant no doubt. But, I...

I reserved a king room with spa tub, and it was in the main building near the office. The rooms in this building have "hotel style" entry (indoor hallways instead of entering from outside). The room was freshly updated with granite counter tops and shower walls, and Italian tile floors. I was also HUGE and spotless. I couldn't find a...

This Best Western has a great location just off the interstate. The room was clean. My favorite part was seeing a black bear come down the mountain into the parking lot and then head back up the mountain. Anytime you can see a black bear from your hotel, I call that a win. Breakfast had plenty of options. Staff was...

We spent nearly $200 per night and certainly did not get our money's worth. The breakfast was very low quality in a very cramped space. The coffee was good, though. Woken up during afternoon nap by a barking dog next door - the staff could hear the barking but said they couldn't do anything unless someone complained. Sheesh. Staff needs...

great value. in room safe not operating upon checkin, but promptly fixed. Breakfast eggs were rubbery, but overall, the experience of staff, room, price and breakfast was as good as my stay in the Waldorf Astoria. It met every need; clean and quiet.

We travelled to Asheville to see the Biltmore Estate and stayed at this Best Western. It is a motel set into the mountain. We were able to drive up to our room door and park. The hotel has been modernized and had a lovely bathroom, comfortable beds, wifi, television, and a good heating and AC unit. The staff are incredibly...

This BW has a great location just off the interstate. It is in prime location for getting to the Biltmore or local shopping and eating. The hotel itself is nothing fancy with standard furnishings and doors which face the exterior of the building. You also have to walk outside to the main building where standard food fare is available for...
