We stayed at the Applewood for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Josh, Chase and the whole crew are such an awesome team! So hospitable and welcoming! The Inn is clean, beautifully decorated, and the trees and gardens are gorgeous! The breakfast was simply amazing! Plated beautifully and so delicious! We want a cookbook! Great location to see everything in...

Our family reuion was held at the applewood. All 20 of us agreed that there was not a better 5 star experience at any of our previous 16 reunion sites. From food to cocktails to room accomodations to individual favors. everything was thoughtful and elegant. Cannot thank the staff enough!!

We stayed in the Northern Spy room. From the furniture to the bathrooms, the house is a perfect combination of historic and modern. The breakfasts were delicious and interesting. Can't wait for our return visit!

We spent the weekend at Applewood Manor for our 21st Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we walked into this New England Style Colonial, we were enchanted at its sophistication and elegance of Modern decor and mixed Antiques. Our Resident innkeeper, Josh, was very warm and welcoming. The Inn... beautiful, spotlessly clean and so very comfortable. It was a full house but...

I can't recommend Applewood Manor highly enough! Josh is a very welcoming, knowledgeable host and an excellent chef. The inn is decorated beautifully (again, kudos to Josh): very classy, comfortable and clean without the froufrou florals of many b&b's. We stayed in the York Imperial room, which was sunny and light with its own balcony. The breakfasts were delicious, with...

What a delight to share a perfectly lovely breakfast with the owner/chef who just happens to be a former student. The Inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the three-coursed breakfast was a wonderful way to start my holiday. The Inn is beautifully appointed, incredible artwork and tasteful furnishings. This is a MUST STAY stop in Asheville!

My girlfriend and I had a two night stay at Applewood Manor the weekend of New Year's. Our main purpose for going at this time of year was to see the Christmas display at Biltmore Estates. However, we didn't feel like Asheville was the type of place that you go to and stay at a hotel. If you've ever been...

You won't find a better B&B experience than Applewood Manor! We arrived after 10:30pm, but Joshua left personalized, hand-written note for us explaining everything. We woke up the next morning to a five-star three-course breakfast using organic ingredients from the backyard garden. It even included a dessert course (apple tart with one small spoonful of vanilla ice cream)! Who doesn't...

When the aromas of Joshua's cooking greeted us at the door we knew we had found the perfect B&B. The Inn is a warm and inviting place to relax. Joshua, AJ, and Chase were wonderful hosts. They made sure that everything was perfect. We stayed in the Winsap Suite on the third floor. We felt like we were the only...

Applewood Manor Inn was our first choice as a place to stay while our son had minor surgery in Asheville because we needed a comfortable room with great food in a walkable neighborhood. This is our fourth stay at the Inn and it met all of our needs for a home away from home. Staying with Josh and AJ was...
