I loved it!!! My husband and I went for our birthdays. It was everything I had hoped for and more. The breakfast both mornings was unbelievable. I ended up buying a cook book. I will definitely return!

Jim and Linda run a first class operation here. The house is in great shape and the breakfast is really good. They know how to execute great customer service. We felt right at home; they were always there when we needed them. I'm sure the grounds are beautiful in the spring and summer; we hope to go back one of...

On October 22,we were blown out of the Bahamas by Hurricane Sandy and landed in North Carolina. With no plans we just trusted Trip Advisor and stayed at the Lion and Rose. We were not disappointed. It is clean, comfortable, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the top floor room which is spacious, private and very quiet. There is a...

We made the trip to Asheville to see the Biltmore House candle light tour. Upon the recommendation of a co worker we chose the top floor of this wonderful bed and breakfast inn. The owners were wonderful, the accommodations were great. I especially liked the shower, and the two breakfast meals were outstanding. We had a wonderful time.

This is our second visit to Asheville and the Lion and the Rose B&B. There was so much to see and do when we were here last year we decided to revisit the area. The choice of where to stay was a no-brainer. The Lion and the Rose is such a beautiful B&B we never considered anything else. Jim and...

Lovely, charming house and you feel special as soon as you walk through the doors and are greeted by the owners. I highly recommend the Craig-Toms Suite which is entire upper floor of the...

Our stay at the Lion and the Rose could not have been better. The house is handsome, and filled with beautiful furniture, art and objects. Although old, it has all of the modern conveniences you could need. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, very near downtown and yet quiet and peaceful. Jim and Linda are gracious and very helpful...

We stayed for 2 nights in late October. Our room was beautiful and very spacious. The bedding was superb. Coffee was delivered to your room each morning before breakfast. Breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast table was decorated with a lovely fall theme and the house was gorgeous inside and out. The hosts made us feel very welcomed. I would definitely...

We truly enjoyed staying at the Lion and the Rose B & B this fall. They owners think of everything such as comfortable robes, beautifully appointed rooms, snack and drinks, coffee or tea at your door while you get ready to come downstairs for breakfast, and much more. They were so helpful with choosing places to go and restaurants to...
