Grove Park Inn is historically fascinating,.. the setting is unique, rooms in the old part of the hotel are delightful, even the shared lobby on each floor. The Terrace dining was perfect.. enjoying the Smoky Mountains, escaping the setting sun on a hot evening.. Breakfast in the Blue Ridge was amazing.. local sausages, juices, fresh vegetables and fruits complimented the...

Everyone that travels to Asheville must stop and tour this luxury hotel. The setting is breathtaking as you sit and relax on the terraces watching the sunset. The hotel has a very unique facade with its majestic old world castle-like motif. There is ample parking with valet and self parking as your choices. As you tour the hallways you will...

No wifi service although they claim to have it. Beware of misrepresentation! The ONLY pools that you can use are the ones down the hill. The beautiful one that is pictured and described is a part of the spa, and you can only use it if you pay $99 per person/per day or have a spa service. If staying in...

We are regulars at the GPI and go once per summer when we visit our daughter in camp. We look forward to the visit every year and feel that the GPI gets better and better. When Omni took over, it added a much needed increase in service and management. There was also a facelift and some renovations. It is a...

Thank you for being a repeat guest during the summer months and taking the time to share such positive feedback regarding your satisfaction at our resort. We loved reading how each year you've witnessed our service levels climb to all new heights and your impressions of the face lift we received in 2013. We are so grateful to have the...

Booked a trip for my wife and I to get away for a night. Cheapest rooms are $400+ per night, but my wife had never been to the Grove Park, so why not. When we checked in, we were in the "historic" wing. Room was more like a dungeon. Concrete walls with a window only 2'x4' and six feet off...

No balconies. I requested a microwave at one point, which was good. Sort of a weird hotel set up. Not the best view of the Blue Ridge. In part, I'm not a lover of the resort experience over staying in a fabulous cabin. It was really cold inside the whole building all of the time. Fairly old building needing some...

Great staff and service. We could have stayed for days and not experienced everything. We left much refreshed and uplifted. The staff throughout was positive and service oriented. Great omelets in Blue Ridge!

One of the best ever spas. Don't take the reviews word for it check it out yourself. There is just not a better place for true relaxation with your sweetie. If you choose to stay during the week, you'll find it nice and quiet. During the weekends the food is truly to die for. The Saturday night Prime Rib Buffet...

The Spa at Grove Park Inn has spoiled me for any others. It's magical. Not just a place you go to get a manicure/massage etc then leave. We stay here all day! Once your service is over, that's just the beginning of the experience. Beautiful rock walls, waterfall spas, three different swimming pools, one outdoor pool over looking the mountains...

I attended a convention at the Grove Park Inn. The facilities are nice. The room was a very nice size with good amenities in room (fridge, Keurig, wifi, etc.). Temperatures were well controlled there. The event had catered buffet food that was always very good. The hotel is very nice but pricey. The spa was exorbitantly priced. Service was generally...
