Each cabin is a stand alone little cottage that is older but well kept. There are several close by restaurants and the property is between a major road and freeway. But they are fun and close to everything. This is our second stay here and we will come again.

We found this charming location in a trip guide for the Blue Ridge Parkway, and what A great find. Hidden off the main highway, the Pines Cottages is a gem. When we walked into our cottage, it was like stepping back in time. The location is nestled in a wooded location, and the cottages are quaint like something from the...

When we were planning a long weekend in Asheville, we looked for a pet-friendly cottage, and found The Pines. It turned out to be perfect for us for many reasons. First, it is definitely pet-friendly. There is a decent amount of yard in the front of what I believe is the owner's house, and there are even a couple of...

This was our second time staying at The Pines Cottages, and it was even better than the first. The cottages are clean as can be (exceptionally clean), adorable, and comfortable. I like that the location is a little outside of the city but still accessible. I also loved how we could have all the windows open because of the functional...

This is honestly my most favorite place that I have ever stayed at. My husband and I came here for our 2 year anniversary and everything was perfect. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in cabin 1 and I couldn't have been more impressed with the roses, card and wine!! I can't wait until we come back...

We are a local couple that can't leave town that often because of our business so we had driven by this place and booked two nights. The place is great and the staff so friendly and welcoming! You feel like your in the forest but still close to town. I recommend cottages 8, 9 or 10. Cottage had everything you...

We absolutely love this little cottage/property. This is our second year here while we attended the Mother Earth Fair and we have been so pleased. It is pet friendly which is super nice when we want to bring our dogs and the staff is super accommodating!! Since we have our dog and the fair doesn't allow pets, we asked if...

We found The Pines Cottages as we were approaching Asheville and looking for an alternative to characterless motels. From the first contact, the manager and owner were accommodating and welcoming to us. We stayed in cottage 11, and it was a delight. We were offered all kinds of local advice that helped make our Asheville visit a success, and would...

The cabin was built in 1929, so it is not going to have all the things one is used to in a cabin. The cabin is very cozy. It was chilly, so we wanted the heat on, but the only heater working was in the front room (where the bed was). The kitchen and the bathroom did not have heat....
