Pros: Location Friendly staff Quite clean Ornate lobby Starbucks in the lobby was nice Cons: Breakfast at hotel dining was not impressive Bathroom could have been cleaner Our room was covered by a third party, but I wouldn’t have paid the normal rate for this room
This stay made my first trip to Boston amazing. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are elegant. The customer service is top notch. Alex D. went above and beyond directing us as to where to dine, making reservations etc. Highest recommendation
The Four of us were on a women’s 5 day stay to see Boston. The hotel was so well located to walk to so many places! Unfortunately it rained one of the days! Not a problem !!!!! NANA, JAKE and Daniel at the front desk got us each an umbrella! Saved the day for us. They were wonderful and so accommodating!!!!
This hotel was perfectly located to access most of Boston. The room was spacious and quiet. Bed very comfortable. It had easy access to the park and easily identifiable landmark A little overpriced however
Kippers and curtains comes to mind! A beautiful hotel on the outside and foyer but our room left a lot to be desired.. Small, tired decor and no storage space.. Paper and plastic cups for your drinks... Our budget Travel Lodge back home rates better than this. Restaurant very expensive too... $160 for a steak!
Meant to be the highlight of our holiday. Room on 15th floor and noisy from whatever was above us on the roof. Decorated nicely but no storage and small wardrobe. . There was a tv cabinet with no drawers, a large fridge freezer. For the quality of the hotel there was no pool. Very corporate hotel with lots of events on, and no space in the bar for its guests. From the moment we arrived we sorted our luggage out, queuedto check in. The queues were all day long! When we complained about the bar was told it will be quieter tomorrow, drink in your room! Would love a proper mug rather than paper cups. Restaurant was over priced and average. Went to the Irish bar round the corner who where only to happy to have us!
Well, once you get past he huge check in queue’s you might be lucky to get a quiet room. But then, don’t imagine you could have a quiet drink before bed, the queues are over 5 deep at the bar and the noise is deafening, we seat reception if there was a quiet place for residents to have a drink and they suggested leaving the hotel and finding a bar! Thankfully, there are many other good hotels in Boston, I won’t be back.
Boston Park Plaza was a great hotel. Gym, Starbucks, and great restaurants on site and across the street. Staff is very pleasant, rooms are clean, contains conference spaces if needed. Over all a fantastic experience.
The sales and service team took our event to the next level. We had less than four weeks to plan from beginning to end. Sophia was helpful in getting a contract in place and Jennifer Nickerson answered our daily emails and put the special touches on the program. The onsite banquet team with Joy and Linda really made our guests feel special. Great job by the entire team.
I booked superior queen room and stayed at the room #5042. The bath room was too small to use especially shower and toilet due to limited space. It was totally different from their homepage picture of superior queen. I asked changing room. The front desk just offered $60 for upgrade and helpless.
