Charming, clean, great beds & pillows, friendly helpful staff (especially Jordan & Joanna), located in walking range of many good cafes, the Common & Public Garden. Old but lovingly restored. We spent 3 delightful nights. Only 2 blocks from $3 bus ride back to our terminal at Logan Airport.

This place is filthy. Dirty carpet, snot on the walls, stinks, stained towels, mold growing in the bathrooms, Just gross. Also, I found the person in charge of valet parking rummaging through my car. If you wat to be uncomfortable stay in this trash heap Or run.

The experience was amazing..the staff was really nice and everyone was very professional and did above and beyond to help us out. They gave us a bottle of wine for my birthday and wrote us such a nice card. Truly an amazing experience and will be coming again!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I booked a reservation for the weekend before Valentine's Day as a quick getaway for my wife and I. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with the Operations Manager, Jordan Wimberly, who was rude and has no business working in hospitality. My interactions with him were so awful that I chose to book at another hotel and forfeit the cost of the room at the Copley Square Hotel. I would never waste money like this but I couldn't even consider staying at this hotel after speaking with this man. Fortunately I ended up booking at the Lenox Hotel which is right down the street and it was absolutely amazing. They accommodated a special request for my wife easily which was something that Jordan and his team would not. I requested a refund from the property due to how poorly I was treated but was not at all surprised that the hotel refused. Goes to show how badly they need the money.

Excellent hotel for the price we paid. Great rates are not always available. It is always my first choice when staying in Boston. Great location… easy walk to Newberry St, Prudential Center, etc. Our room number 511 was beautiful. The staff was excellent and knowledgable. Claudia made us feel right at home.

The best way to explain this hotel is “simple”. It is an older, updated hotel that is clean and basic with no frills or amenities. It has the feeling of staying in a European hotel or at an Inn. The room has minimal furniture/décor (creepy old lady picture over the bed) and it’s bit small. We stayed just one night. It was fine for a one or two-night stay, for a couple but I’m not sure I would want to do a week in such a minimal space. What this hotel has going for it, is the location which is wonderful…. across the street to the Prudential Center and short walking distance to many attractions, T stop and restaurants. We paid $139 a night plus $59 for parking. I think it was worth that price but, would not recommend paying much more than that for what you get.

This hotel is conveniently located in Copley Square near the Newbury St "sill stocking district and the Prudential Center. If you drive to this hotel, I strongly recommend their valet parking service for $59/day and then use either the MBTA or Uber to get around Boston. It is also close to the theatre district. The staff is kind and responsive. There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room - rather there is a shared kitchen with 24 hour coffee, tea of capuccino. The mattresses are nicely firm and I was able to get a good night sleep. I would recommend considering Copley Square Hotel for your next visit to Boston.

Staff amazingly responsive. Hotel short distance from parking, great restaurants, and shopping. Room very quiet, and furnished with great solid feel. My wife and I will definitely base here for our next visit to the art museum or the Boston Library

Every morning, Izzy's energy rubs off on me. He is making sure I feel good here EVERY time when he greets me, starting at the front desk - not only on the Friday, the fifth upon the first greeting - indeed, every day when I start my day at the Copley Square Hotel. And for Jin, the janitor, she just doubles up the feel-good effect ensuing each and every one of my return to the room - the pristine and holy room. Those two people are the top two reasons amongst others, such as the location, the cost-effectiveness, the superb atmosphere and environment, of why I chose to extend another NINE nights after two initial bookings.

The bed was comfortable but the pillow was causing me neck issues. Good location. They do not allow food delivery people up to drop off food...that would be fine if the hotel then took the order to your room. I know this is being picky but if I am in my PJs and not feeling well the last thing I want to do is go down stairs to pick up food (which they made me do).
