Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was nice - could have used a little updating but very clean and well stocked with necessary supplies. Although I did not get a chance to experience the food, it was extremely convenient to have downstairs at the hotel.
The hotel is near the Commons and all lines of the T. It was clean and everything worked perfect. Staff was very attentive and always asking if there was more that they could do for us.Honestly the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
This hotel had a super friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out was fast. Cityview hotel room had an actual city view! King size bed was smaller than I expected. You also had to take 2 different elevators to get to street level. The hotel room was spacious and very clean.
The hotel is located in one of the best spots in Boston. It was very convenient to tour the city by walking. The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel was overall quite clean. We had reserved a room with city view. The view was indeed very beautiful.
The Location of Hyatt Regency Boston is perfect. The interior is a little bit dated but overall ok. The staff is very friendly and hands-on. The restaurant and grab and go bar have great food. We had a great time in Boston!
After a week on the Cape I stayed at the Hyatt overnight while seeing the redsox. My flight home was canceled and the staff allowed me to have a later checkout until I was able to make new arrangements. Friendly, courteous and helpful.
The service at this hotel….especially at breakfast outstanding! The bar very friendly and warm. Easy to walk everywhere but equally easy for access to orange red and green lines to go further afield!!
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. While it was a bit expensive, it was not out of line with other hotels in Boston, and the room was a great place to crash during a heat wave. We are very thankful for an air conditioning unit that kept the room at 70 degrees and if you are a World of Hyatt app user and you don't like interacting with people, you can do the entire check-in/check-out process without contact with anyone. Don't miss the clam chowder in the hotel restaurant - it was very good. The best part, though, was the location just a couple blocks from the eastern edge of Boston Common. It's also just a short walk from the South train station, should you be arriving by train. A ten minute walk or so will have you at the hotel.
Great room - great service - great location. Convenient location to the Citizens Opera House and a bunch of other great restaurants. We liked that the parking lot is underneath the hotel. Always a great amenity when traveling into the city.
Very central location, near theatre district and commons. Very clean and staff is very helpful, the price is on the high end but your in downtown Boston. Parking looked attached but I didn't drive, but you dont need a car
