Dear Milena9024, We are thrilled to learn that your recent stay with us was a terrific one. Our colleagues, including our talented culinary and housekeeping teams take great pride in delighting our guests and are appreciative of our feedback. We are happy that your daughter had the chance to meet MOBI, our robot Lobby Ambassador. I hope that meeting MOBI made it on her list of special moments as she celebrated her birthday. We look forward to your future returns. Please let us know when we may be of assistance. Regards, Philipp Knuepfer Ken

We love staying at the Mandarin Oriental Boston! The staff is super friendly and attentive to all your needs. The rooms are large in size and have a street view of Boylston street. The location is near lots of restaurants within walking distance. If you have a chance to stay here don't forget to try the spa and all their amenities.

Our first trip staying at a hotel since the start of Covid was to Boston and we stayed at the Mandarin Oriental. The hotel was pristine and we felt very safe and well cared for during our stay. The hotel was very carefully and professionally managed, and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, and sanitized daily. We also did not feel there were too many people in the hallways or lingering in the lobby area. It was a lovely visit and we would stay again.

The service was attentive, personal, and genuine. Our room was tidy and well-appointed with the availability of an excellent room service menu during the pandemic, and in-room amenities such as a Nespresso machine, water (brought to our room by a delightful robot, Mobi!), and a discreetly-placed refrigerator. We were able to use the gym safely, with a reservation. The hotel has also makes thoughtful efforts to reduce waste, with soap and lotion dispensers in lieu of the small bottles of shampoo and soap which create so much plastic waste. We loved the luxurious Diptyque products. It is easy to understand why the Mandarin Oriental attracts so many repeat visitors.

The Mandarin Oriental, Boston is THE best hotel in Boston. We have been traveling to Boston for three years to visit family in college and have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. We decided to try the Mandarin in March and will probably never stay at any other hotel in Boston. We missed having the restaurant open, but that will change as we emerge out of this pandemic.
