Came into town for the Beanpot college hockey tournament and the location of the hotel was ideal. The tournament usually finishes late and this hotel is at a perfect location to the TD Garden. Close. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is older but it's decent. The bathroom isn't huge but it's fine. There was even a...

Hotel was surely nothing fancy, and our room was on the smaller side but was just fine for a overnight stay. I do think that updates do need to be made particularly on the carpets. It is in the perfect location to the td garden, walking distance to the north end and to multiple bars and restaurants.

Pros: Housekeeping are on the ball and change your sheets daily. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good choice. Ideally located just opposite North Station/TD Garden. Cons: Rooms dated and in need of a massive refurb. Lift is very slow. If you get to breakfast after 08:45 you choices become limited as they stop replenishing the food...

The staff was nice and friendly. The location was fabulous. The rooms were pretty basic, but we really just slept there. I don't stay in hotels to hang out in the room. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast. We were two blocks from a subway stop and we could walk to the Bunker Hill monument and to the USS...

I am a Loyal IHG member. Stayed here for the night of the Bruins game. Convenient location to TD Garden. Could use a good cleaning and updating. The front Office manager on duty (Patricia) made things very difficult on purpose changing policy "just now". For the amount of money paid, I shouldn't deal with poor customer service.

I stayed here for a business trip to Boston. It was a great experience. Location: walking distance from Blue Line Bowdoin Station which connect to the Airport Station. I took the Blue Line and airport free shuttle both ways. Walking distance to State Government Center and many great restaurants including the legendary Union Oyster House. Check-in: I arrived pretty early...

Walking distance to the North End makes it a great place to stay for foodies. The rooms themselves were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean, but there was no refrigerator. Had to improvise and put my sandwich in the window sill to keep cool overnight (note: this only worked because of the outside temperature... would not...

The best thing about the HIE is the location, close to TD Garden, North Station, Faneuil Hall. Rooms are a decent size with a small kitchenette area, breakfast was adequate. Staff were very helpful and offered guidance on local area. I agree with other reviews that the street the hotel is on is not the best street and at $350...
