We had a smooth, easy check in and check out. The room was a little dark but the beds were comfortable. We had a room with 2 double beds and it was perfect for 4. We stayed here for a show at the Garden. You can't beat the location! I would stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
Wow - a great location and amazing room. We were only there one day and had to leave due to a family member’s death. Emily was so empathetic and worked with us to get a refund for the rest of the trip. She was so customer oriented and I felt really valued by the hotel. The hotel is right across from the TD Garden and very convenient to both the Boston T stop at North Station (just across the street) and to the Amtrak line. There are several stores for snacks and several restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel has very comfortable beds and we loved everything about it. We would recommend this place due to its convenient location, amazing beds, and superior staff.

Hotel Indigo was a good location for our 3 days in Boston. The North Station was super close and super easy to take for our day trip to Salem. The staff at the hotel were great. Everyone from the valet, front desk, and cleaning staff all were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We would return to this hotel on our next trip to Boston.

I stayed for a day. Excellent service. Very nice welcome by Ms. Autumn. I arrived earlier than check in time and she was kind enough to accommodate and offered me to check in. Service with smile and being helpful every which way with questions about directions and city info. Executive staff and door men were also very approachable and helpful throughout. Very clean place. Great comfortable rooms. The hotel is in the heart of basic eateries and close by to taking a trolley ride for city sight seeing, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! A must stay at place 👍👌‼️

What started as a normal stay in a great city was very soured at the end. We had left the hotel and the following morning after our drive home I realized I left my clothes hanging in the closet . Not many things just a new outfit with tags from the loft and my husband’s pressed shirts. I immediately called the front desk to ask if they could send me my things and I would cover the expense. The woman who answered said no problem. I never heard back . I called again she then said there was nothing omg. I asked to speak to the manager Patrick and was told he was to busy and I should just email him. Long story short he answered me saying nothing was left and that was the end of it. This was a room that had no safe and we left things of value as we came and went.
