Don't hesitate - book yourself a stay at the Langham Boston! Their level of hospitality and service is bar none the best we've experienced in a long time. The property is beautiful and immaculate. The staff is friendly and anticipated our every need. The room was so clean and housekeeping was on top of everything (I love a good turn down service!) Top-notch amenities, Diptyque toiletries in the bathroom, and a doggy menu available for room service...! Location is perfect - we walked to Seaport and the North End. Quick Uber ride to Newbury Street, The Pru, etc. We will be back!

Dear Theburts, It's wonderful to hear about your family stay-cation at The Langham. Just like the neighborhood we all remember, where every day is a special day, we strive to make our hotel a place where families can find their own special moments together, especially in the heart of February. The indoor pool, a warm and welcoming oasis, sounds like it was a highlight for everyone, providing a splash of joy during the chilly month. How thoughtful of our staff to consider your family's needs by arranging a room upgrade with your children's comfort in mind. It's these acts of kindness that help make your stay not just a getaway, but a memorable journey of togetherness. We're so glad you chose to share this time with us and look forward to welcoming your family back for more delightful experiences. My wife and I have traveled the world and we were met with the warmest hospitality ever at the Langham. Sean Muldoon at concierge was the essence of our trip. His humour, tips, and daily banter are just something that doesn't exist. The Langham made our trip to Boston perfect and we can't wait to come back. Thank you Langham and Sean for making our trip so fun.

Dear MZ, Thank you for sharing your journey with us, sprinkled with the delightful essence of Sean Muldoon's humor and wisdom. It seems Sean has mastered the art of being so wonderfully unique that one might wonder if he's truly one of a kind or perhaps a delightful figment of The Langham's imaginative hospitality. Your words paint a vivid picture of a stay not just made perfect by the backdrop of Boston, but by the daily banter and sparkling tips that brought laughter and light to your adventure. We're over the moon to hear that our blend of warmth, wit, and wisdom, embodied by Sean and the spirit of The Langham, has left such a lasting impression. Adorable downtown Boston hotel in historical building. Bed was divine. Lunch and breakfast at Grana were both delicious, my hubby loved the lobster chowder. My only complaint about the room would be the shower—had only partial shower door, so showering was a little breezy/chilly

Dear Alaska RN, Thank you for sharing your experience at The Boston Langham. Nestled in the heart of downtown, within the walls of a building brimming with history, it's heartening to hear that the comfort of our beds approached the divine and that your culinary journeys at Grana, from the delicious breakfast to the lobster chowder that captivated your husband's palate, added a delightful layer to your stay. The architectural choice of a partial shower door, aiming for a blend of modern aesthetics and functionality, offers an interesting study in design and guest experience. It's a reminder of how even the most well-intentioned details can evoke a spectrum of responses. Your feedback is invaluable, shedding light on the nuances of comfort and design, guiding us as we continually refine our guest experience. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back, hopefully making your next stay even more warm and inviting, both in ambiance and in showering experience. Best, Michele Grosso Managing Director The Langham, Boston

The Langham is a beautiful hotel with standout customer service. I stayed one night for a business trip. Complaints are minor: the angled windows in the 9th floor rooms (they’re in the roof) are a bit odd. The room took a couple hours to heat up from 55F when I arrived. Both the water temperature and pressure in the shower would change intermittently. But in a (nicely renovated) 100-year-old building some of that is unavoidable, and had I asked the front desk I’m sure they would have changed my room immediately. Every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful. The front desk also was flexible about my late check-out time. Breakfast at Grana, a stately on-site restaurant, was excellent and came out in just 10 minutes when I told the staff I was in a hurry. The room service (“Private Kitchen”) meals were gourmet quality. I’ll be glad to return.

My husband and I travel all over the world enjoying all levels of hotels. But our experience at the Langham in Boston on Franklin Street was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we have ever had in so many ways. The Langham was recommended by our American Express since it is one of their luxury hotels giving extra amenities. The added amenities were great: $84 per day for a delicious full gourmet breakfast served in the exquisite remodeled Federal Reserve Bank vault. On top of that $125 for our stay for any other food and beverage. They upgraded our room as well. And even free shoe shine! The price for the room was excellent. The hotel itself was a Federal Reserve Bank that was remodeled in 2019. So the architecture of the hotel was beautiful from the 1920’s but the rooms were completely renovated, fresh and new with great special touches. The gym and pool was completely filled with every type of equipment and plenty for all the guest. Great gym atmosphere. The hotel is in an excellent location. Central to Boston Commons, North End and Seaport. The employees are amazing, friendly, and always so helpful. Sean Muldoon the concierge who lives in Boston gave us an itinerary to sightsee that was perfect for both a good weather day and a rainy cold day. Mason organized our Sunday Football at a beautiful restaurant in the Seaport. Catherine our waitress was so attentive to us and during breakfast gave us a complete history of the inside of the hotel and restaurant and how it was renovated from the Federal Reserve. Sean gave us a tour of the hotel showing us all the amazing architectural rooms. You just don’t get that kind of special service any longer and it was so refreshing to get those old fashioned devoted and loyal employees who go out of their way to make your stay so special. So a big thank you to Langham for an incredible stay in Boston. I would absolutely return again in the future.
