Lovely hotel, good service, so well located. The restaurant is good, a bit pricey but you are in a very trendy part of town with tons of restaurant. It use to be a Fairmount hotel but they kept the standard of the chain. Because it is located in a busy part of town, woman travelling alone would probably find it...

Husband and I stayed here overnight for our wedding anniversary. We booked the room off of Expedia and were assigned a wheelchair accessible room with a water view, perhaps because we told Expedia that "water view" was more important than location or other factors. We were disappointed that the rooms at this Fairmont location did not carry the same "Victorian"...

Customer service was top notch from door guys to front desk to housekeeping, all great. The location on the Harbor was nice, walking distance to great restaurants in Little Italy, Faneuil Hall & everything around there. Room was huge & bathroom was beautiful. Access to large closet from bathroom AND hall was convenient. Would definitely stay here again & recommend...

Very nice room, but nothing special. The bathroom, however, was definitely top notch. Large walk in shower, nifty makeup mirror, nice toiletries. Best of all was having the separate water closet. The shower spray was a little awkward, and did take some time to get the water temperature just right. Lots of water views, but the weather was cold and...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Battery Wharf Hotel for a weekend and the accommodations were amazing. The room had a great view of the wharf, the beds were very comfortable, bathroom was roomy. It was a really nice, quiet place to stay in the North End.

We recently stayed here for one night as a last minute getaway to celebrate our anniversary. I had never been here before and in fact had never heard of the hotel, I chose it based on its proximity to the North End, where we had dinner plans already, and because the hotel was offering a very reasonable rate. To say...

I've stayed at the Battery Wharf Hotel for an extended business stay. It has everything that I need to make myself comfortable for a lengthy stay - good bed and bedding, a decent desk to work at, an actual recliner for watching the big TV, stall shower with rain head, good bathroom amenities, a Nespresso machine for that first coffee......

We stayed here while my husband attended a conference in mid November. I had originally selected the hotel because we are Fairmont President's Club members and enjoy the upgrades, free internet, etc. Two days before the trip, I found out it was no longer a Fairmont and freaked out (which of course was completely unnecessary). I called the hotel, and...

I highly recommend The Battery Wharf Hotel! We were recently here for a one night stay over Thanksgiving . We had a very nice room with a large bathroom with many amenities. Large shower with rain head was so nice. Loved having a Nespresso machine in the room. My favorite coffees! My favorite part of our stay was the exemplary...

We stayed here while my husband was attending a conference. We arrived from the airport via water taxi which was a great way to be introduced to Boston. Our room was large enough to accommodate a king bed and a crib that we could roll around the room. I only ate there once and it was the best continental breakfast...

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
