The Hilton Boston Logan Airport has received mixed feedback from guests. Its prime location near the airport is a highlight for convenience-seeking travelers, though not without some criticism. While the hotel's cleanliness and certain amenities like in-room coffee machines and cozy beds have been praised, concerns over dated decor and noise disturbances are noted. Many travelers find the hotel overpriced, mentioning that the value doesn't fully align with the costs incurred. Service quality and room conditions appear inconsistent, with experiences ranging from professional to underwhelming, and from spotlessly clean to disappointingly unkept.

Nice pressed sheets were a rare hotel treat. Good double queen room, only minor problem was there was only one coffee cup. Electronic key worked, no need to stop at the desk. I appreciated the solid normal door to the bathroom instead of sliding translucent doors we have had in hotels the last week. Plus one for having the sink in the bathroom, minus one for the way the bottom sheet pulled out when I untucked the top sheets to climb into bed. Paid only $180 for a Sunday night stay, I see that some people have paid four times that. The room was quiet, might be a different story with higher occupancy, never heard planes.

Took the packed shuttle to Terminal B, would have walked if staff could give directions.

The hotel is accessible on foot through covered walkways from the airport terminals and this makes it a great option for late-in, early-out transfer passengers. The service is professional but lacks any personal touches. The rooms are spacious and come with coffee machines, another plus for the early risers. Some staff members, especially the valets were great and really helpful,
The convenient location does come at a price, this hotel is certainly not cheap but probably worth the money for a few extra hours of sleep. Would definitely use it again on a similar occassion.

After a month-long trip in Europe, we stayed here at the Hilton in Boston airport. I paid close to $800 for two nights, which was more than any hotel in Europe for five nights. I feel that you dropped the ball with my room. You claim that you offer a hotel shuttle from the airport But it never arrived and after waiting an hour and a half for it to show, we decided just to take a taxi. We advised the front agent who contacted them on duty manager, and pretty much just shrugged her shoulders. That’s unacceptable! The next morning I woke up early and wanted a cuppa coffee in my room. I pour the water in your coffee maker, open up the container, and there was no coffee packets in the container! Really, $800. I went downstairs to the front agent again who gave me the runaround instead of offering me a cup of coffee from your Starbucks. You went back-and-forth with the person at the free breakfast location. On a good note, all the people at the breakfast location had a smile on their face and very helpful. Both Paulo and Henry were amazing as well. I would like a manager to reach out to me.

As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I received during my recent stay. I will never book at this location again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it unless it’s the absolute last resort.

The service was abysmal. Despite numerous attempts, no one at the concierge bothered to pick up the phone for over half an hour. To make matters worse, I had to physically go to the lobby just to get a simple pair of toothbrushes and toothpaste—something that should have been promptly delivered to my room.

Even more shocking, as late as 8:30 p.m., cleaning staff were still congregating loudly in the corridor outside the guest rooms. Dirty laundry and bed sheets were simply piled at the corridor, blocking people’s way. This is completely unacceptable, especially for guests who need to rest for an early flight. Inside the room, multiple amenities were non-functional, including the desk lamp. When I politely requested a room change due to the ongoing noise, the front desk rudely dismissed me, saying, “I’m sure these cleaning people won’t be there all night.”

Is this the standard of service we should expect from a so-called four or five-star hotel? It’s disgraceful and far below what I’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand.

Convenient hotel for pre-flight but terrible for parking. When reservation was made, we were given the “park & go” rate which required prepay for hotel and 7 (of the 12) days parking. When arrived at hotel was told by valet that the “park & go” rate is more than the general guest parking rate. We were able to change reservation and received credit for the prepay. Told to follow signs for Hilton Parking but not to park in the first lot which is for guest coming & going during their hotel stay. We entered parking garage following signs for Hilton parking and put our car in spot for 12 days. Upon return had ticket on car from MA DOT for parking in “level 1 HH”. We showed ticket to Hilton manager and took him to location where we parked; he informed us that we should have parked in the first lot as “that is the only lot the Hilton owns”. We told him we followed signed for Hilton parking as instructed. He simply said it was our error and the ticket is our responsibility. We left him with the suggestion that the Hilton remove the “HH Parking” signs that guided us to non-Hilton parking.

Our flight was extremely delayed and by the time we got to the hotel it was almost midnight. No problems getting our room. Staff was very friendly. But from the minute we open the door to the room, there was this terrible stench coming from the bathroom area. We looked and didn’t see anything. Thought it was mold or even dirty carpet. But we were extremely exhausted from traveling all day and had an early morning flight so we had to get some sleep. Had to sleep with a mask!! The next morning got up smell was still there, husband took a shower and the entire bathroom flooded because the bathroom drain must’ve been clogged up, which was causing the awful smell. The only thing the hotel did to help us with give us extra towels to sop up the floor and say that they would move us to another room; this was 6 o’clock in the morning and we had to be out and to the airport by 7 o’clock. Hilton you let us down.

For the price I was not overly impressed with the hotel given it being a Hilton , the beds are very hard, thetowels are not very thick. The room itself was nice. They also need to clean their refrigerators out more went to use it and it smelled too much to use.

Also, knowing it was a busy time for people to be traveling after the holiday, they only had three people checking in and therefore check-in was not very quick

I’m constantly impressed at the airport hotels in the US, because UK airport hotels are pretty grim and basic.
The Hilton at Boston Logan is convenient (a walkway takes you there direct from the airport), comfortable, spacious and well-equipped! The bed is good and firm; there’s plenty of storage space and the bathroom (while rather small) offers a good strong shower and a basin with plenty of area for toiletries.
Our room overlooked the airport itself but we heard no noise, so I guess the soundproofing is top notch!
Breakfast was very good; my husband and I are vegan but we enjoyed oatmeal, fruit salad and toast. If only some other residents could have managed without shouting into their mobiles for the short period it takes to eat breakfast, it would have been perfect.
It’s also very handy for car rental if, like us, you’re travelling elsewhere.
Oh, and the staff are charming and helpful too!

I have stayed here maybe 10 times and I like this hotel because it's walkable to the Delta terminal and a quick, friendly shuttle to the rest of the airport, including the rental car center, rooms are your standard chain hotel comfort, there's an overpriced starbucks in the lobby with bagels and coffee which is handy (certainly it's better than eating in the breakfast restaurant, but not as good as Equator/Berkshire coffee in the airport). There is no character or charm here, but if you want the convenience of the airport, this is the very best option. As far as rooms go, the rooms with a view to the airport are the best views, especially if you get high enough up you can see the harbor. On the other side, the view is a parking garage with lots of freeway noise. All the rooms appear to have the same decor/same size, so the key is to get the better view which also happens to be significantly quieter. Be sure to avoid the ice machine rooms. In the evening, the hotel pub-style restaurant is overpriced and not great but when you need to eat, it's acceptable. You can park in a covered garage a quarter of a block away for much cheaper than the valet and I always find a spot right at the entrance to the garage. In all, this is an extraordinarily convenient hotel, which make it one I go back to over and over again for quick trips to Boston. I've found it's very easy to zip into anywhere in Boston proper or get on the freeway if you're headed out to the suburbs.

This hotel and many others have a free Shuttle. As long as you have the time the shuttle is best. On warm days the walk is really nice. If it is a windy day, take the Shuttle.

I don’t know for sure. We had one so I would assume all the rooms had a mini-fridge. You can contact the hotel directly to confirm.
