    While the location is great and rooms nicely appointed, the service was overall poor (front desk, bell staff, restaurant). The front desk was not helpful, despite multiple opportunities, and the restaurant service was slow and not very welcoming.

    Stayed twice, one with my wife and later with the whole family as well. Second time was during their refurbishment work which should be well finished by now. Great hotel, amazing location and superior service.

    I'm not Shure about the bikes either, because we were at winter time. there is the hop on-hop off tour bus that is great and have stops all around Boston most interesting spots.
