Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Boston. Staff welcoming, attractive and comfortable entrance. The room allocated to use while very comfortable and nicely furnished fell short on wardrobe space, otherwise would have been 5/5. Excellent bathroom. Overall a very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location for all the major sites of Boston. The actual location is at the head of the historic and picturesque Charles street.
We had a spectacular time staying at the Whitney. The staff is wonderful and attentive, and I love how the hotel has an intimate boutique feel to it. When traveling, my family usually choose a king bed with a pullout sofa bed for our family of 4, and most of the time the sofa bed is less than comfortable, but at the Whitney, even the sofa bed is super comfy with a proper duvet (instead of just a thin blanket). The staff also surprised us with macaroons and teddy bear which my kids appreciated greatly. For reference, we stayed one other night at the loft suite in The Langham Boston, but we were somehow more wowed by the Whitney, even though we enjoyed The Langham too. We also had lunch at the restaurant and the food exceeded our expectation. The location is perfect at Beacon Hill with lots of interesting shops nearby, but the hotel itself is so comfortable, we barely left the room.…
Great location at the end of beacon street right by Charles river T stop. Hotel has amazing bathroom ( tub and shower). Staff was very on top of things. Big should our to Kamil for making my wife’s birthday weekend extra special. Bathroom products were top notch as well as cleanliness and decor Thank you
My experience at the Whitney Hotel in Boston was beyond what words can describe! This was my first visit to Boston with my BF for our anniversary and we have enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel is cozy and have a uniquely modern yet aesthetic touch to it. Everywhere in the hotel is spotless clean and the staff pays attention to the smallest of details. I cannot stress enough about the amenities the hotel provides and the staff’s level of commitment to making the guest experience amazing. Unlike big brandnames, like Hilton and Marriott, this hotel offered everything by a push of button, from Livery booking and restaurant reservations to custom made cake delivery and bottle service. Kamil, the front desk manager, is an extraordinary man. He knows an Atlas worth of information about Boston and the best places to visit and dine in there. He and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful and made; they made us feel home and made the logistics seamless. If only all hotels 4 stars hotels offered similar value for the money we spend. Book here and you won’t be disappointed!!!…
What a great experience! The customer service from the front desk staff was excellent. The room was beautiful! Very good location in Beacon Hill, close to shops, restaurants and bars. I will definitely be coming back here.
Stayed with a friend on Friday night as we were attending a concert at the Garden that night. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and all the artwork itself is just one of a kind! The staff was very friendly and so attentive and they did everything to make sure that we were going to have the best stay that we could have! From Matt at the front desk to Gary the Chief Engineer, they did everything just to make sure that we were comfortable and we had everything we needed and it was just so great! The room was big, quiet and just beautiful, the beds were a dream they were just so comfortable we both slept so well! The location of the hotel itself is great it's right across from the Red line MGH MBTA station, it's right in the heart of Beacon Hill you literally can walk up a street and there's so many cute little shops and restaurants. It's not a long walk all the way to Boston Common right up Charles Street which is super convenient as well. There is a small restaurant/bar (Peregrine) in the hotel as well, we didn't eat while there, but had a few drinks at the nice bar they had. I highly recommend staying at the Whitney during your trip to Boston. You won't be disappointed!…
This is a beautiful hotel in a great convenient location. My husband and I did an overnight staycation. Staff are attentive and friendly. It is clean and pretty. On site restaurant was great, but also several places to eat and drink within walking distance. Cute shops! Will be back!
The Whitney was recommended to us. Now we wholeheartedly recommend it to you! Fantastic service and amenities in a great neighborhood of one of the greatest cities in the world! Get to know Kevin. He and the entire staff will take care of you and help make your stay truly memorable!! We will be returning as soon as we can!!!
Very good Hotel in Beacon Hill area in Boston. We stayed for about 2 weeks in this hotel, felt like home. Special thanks to Mr. Kamil, Chris and Matt for their exceptional hospitality. Beautiful lobby and courtyard, where you could have all your meals. Really nice restaurants on Charles Street, 5 minutes walk from hotel.
The hotel was amazing and was made all the better by David the best porter we ever encountered in any hotel. All of the staff were excellent but a special mention to David who was beyond helpful and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back! 10/10.
