We were attending a concert at the Leader Bank Pavilion. This is a great hotel if you are going to a show. It is an easy walk to the venue. Lord Hobo Brewery is across the street and Harpoon Brewery very close by as well. The hotel is in a great spot for cruisers, a concert, or for the convention center but it it not located in a good spot if you're here to explore Boston. It can be done but you have to be a walker. We walked two miles to Hanover Street in the north end. There is bus service but it wasn't easy to identify where it was. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Huge lobby, excellent breakfast, beer taps in the lobby if you want a beer. Valet parking is $58.00 a night. Crazy expensive for overnight parking. This is also a Homewood Suites hotel combined with the Hampton Inn. They have two separate breakfast areas. one for Hampton and one for Homewood. Hotel wasn't overly crowded except for check out time on Sunday morning. The room itself was large. The bed was not the typical plush Hampton Inn bed. It was on the firmer side and therefore I hardly slept all night. That was disappointing. I book Hampton Inns because of their comfortable soft mattresses and this hotel didn't have that. The bathroom is large and the provided toiletries were good quality. The air conditioner was very quiet and did not cycle on and off all night. It was quiet at night for the most part but could hear outside traffic on occasion. I recommend this hotel for the most part.

Hotel's Favourite
Great hotel! From the moment we parked the car in valet parking to the moment we left, the experience was awesome! The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Beds were so comfortable and the hotel was super clean. We at the free breakfast down in the lobby. There was tons of room to spread out for seating and the breakfast has many hot items. The day we were there, they had western and chese omelets, seasoned potatoes and maple sausage. They also had the typical staple items too- waffle maker, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, etc. We definitely plan to return when we visit Boston again!

I stayed for 2 nights to attend an conference, and this place was great! The staff members were all extremely helpful and polite. Check-in and out was super smooth. The whole place seems extremely clean and bright - not sure exactly how old it is, but seems very new. The building is combined with a Homewood Suites, but the only time you'll probably notice this difference is in the breakfast locations. The rooms looking out over the water make for a great way to start the day with the sunrise (although you can block it out pretty well with the curtains if you want to). I never waited more than probably 5 seconds for an elevator, which was a pretty pleasant change after a couple of weeks in NYC recently. One weird glitch was that the "stay" disappeared from my Hilton app after the first day, although the digital key continued to work fine. It wasn't a big deal because I wanted to stop by the front desk at checkout to ask for one of the "Wicked Tired" door hangers, which they were super nice to track down for me. Thanks, it's a fun local touch to remember Boston by.

New, clean hotel close to the cruise ship port is very popular with guests who are about to board cruise ships. Small swimming pool is overrun with cruise ship kids, and late breakfast can be a mob scene. I ate my oatmeal standing up one day. Rooms are large and comfy with lovely beds, gym is good, but....the location of this hotel makes it a headache if you're in town to explore Boston. It's a good 15-minute walk from anywhere, and whatever you save on hotel fees will be eaten up by Uber and Lyft costs. There's a bus out front that comes intermittently and not at all on Sundays, and the "Silver Line" nearby which looks like a train line on a map but is actually just another bus. Bottom line, it's a nice hotel, and the location is probably fine if you have a car or are just waiting for the cruise ship shuttle. If not, you'll spend a lot of time in transit.

We stayed here over Father’s Day weekend and overall it was not a bad stay. The hotel is neat and clean with nice architectural design. There is no self parking, valet parking only which is around $70 a day for everyday booked there. The phone number they gave me to retrieve my vehicle never worked so I had to come down to request my car every time but they did get it to me rather quickly but seemed a bit disorganized. Hi f you like craft beer they do have it in the lobby for $12.00 a can plus some type of beer machine that comes with some type of purchase plan to use. I didn’t use it. Elevators came very quickly but the air conditioners in the room were a little loud but didn’t disturb my sleep. I liked the technology of the room allowing me to adjust the tv and the room temp from my phone. At checkin I thought the hall carpet smelled kind of damp but didn’t notice it on subsequent days. There was a young man who worked there at breakfast who’s name was Tyrese. This young man did an act of kindness for my family that warmed our hearts and would bring us back. We came down just a little to late for breakfast because it closes earlier during the week and we didn’t realize that. Tyrese or Tyreek I’m not sure which pronunciation it is went in back and brought our granddaughter some fruit and yogurt. She was so happy because she loves fruit and yogurt and he also allowed us to get a cup of coffee before he put things away. He was very kind and thoughtful. He’s a shining star of this particular hotel. The breakfast here on the other days we did eat breakfast was really good. The manager of desk receptionist gave me a Father’s Day candy bar with almonds that was really good and a very kind gesture. Overall this was a pleasant stay. The room overlooking the bay was nice. Really liked looking at the different boats.

My husband, teenage son and I stayed here for 3 nights while touring the city. We had a room overlooking a small harbor. The rooms were well insulated, but the A/C was a bit noisy when it turned on and off. Beds were comfy and room was a good size for Boston standards. The complimentary breakfast was so good and they had different choices for each morning of our stay. There is a wonderful family friendly brewery (Harpoon) within walking distance which serves food and has board games and games like cornhole. Yankee Lobster is next to the brewery, their lobster roll was one of our favorites in New England. To get downtown, there is a bus stop around the corner and it’s clean and easy to maneuver, We also used Uber and it was fairly reasonable and quick. We loved that this hotel was a little removed from the business of downtown and the area was relaxed and chill. Appreciated the corn hole set downstairs and the park circle area to relax in.

We loved this area and hotel. Great staff that accommodated any request we had. Breakfast was awesome and never ran out like some locations tend to do especially closer to close time. We had never seen beer on tap in the lobby but they have it here! Check hours and cost at desk. We used valet parking because it is unlimited in and out which the self parking was not. Uber is recommended if going to a game! I’m 62 and easily walked to the main spots on the north part of the freedom trail all the way up to Copp cemetery and along the wharf. We had a king room and it was huge. Very nice room and clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

If at all possible, we always stay at a Hampton Inn. Everything is so clean and the breakfast is great! Within walking distance to a few restaurants. Rooms were spacious with a refrigerator and a safe. Used a AAA discount.

Carla and Imani were the two ladies cleaning up the breakfast area and had a zip in their step while they worked and made sure EVERYONE was taken care of. I hope the management sees their enthusiasm for customer service and rewards/promotes them.
