I booked this hotel on Expedia for one night. The Shuttle picked me up at the Airport and after an over an hour drive we finally arrived at the Hotel. Well the Hotel is situated in an area which needed a ton of upgrade. We are surrounded by Dumsters ,run down garages etc. The Hotel is a Tump, smell in the Hallway, worn down carpets , full of stains, unfriendly Staff which hardly speak English. The highlight however was the room. It took us 2 times to go way back to the „Reception „ to reprogram the keys. The Room was worn out ,no Windows, the Furniture was filthy and sticky, the Shower and Sink reminded me of some cheap Hotels in Europe. People stay away from this Dump .

My husband and I were coming in late to Boston Logan airport so I thought staying at the Ramada would work out well. Take the shuttle from the airport, get some sleep, and then take the shuttle back to the airport to pick up a rental car. Called the hotel and told them the door number where we were located in the airport. We did arrive a little before 11. At 11:30, I called again and asked for an ETA. Was told shuttle was nearby. Gave up at midnight and took a taxi in hopes of being reimbursed. Left the taxi receipt with the front desk. In the morning, checked and nothing was notated on the room. Arranged for a shuttle back to the airport and was told there would be a charge. Was told $10 per person but my credit card shows $38. Property is very old and needs an update. The interior hallways smell of urine. Took the shuttle to the airport and I never saw that shuttle at the airport while we were waiting to be picked up. Very disappointed.

Full disclosure: I haven't stayed here yet, but I am already less than impressed with the customer service. I called the property tonight because I booked a prepaid reservation on Priceline for 10/7/2022, because I am taking a red-eye flight and I want to be able check in when i arrive at approximately 6 am on 10/8/2022. I just asked the front desk agent who answered if she could leave a note in the reservation asking the Night Auditor to check me in the night before, so it does not run as a no-show and get canceled. She did not bother even looking up the reservation and told me that I would have to call back the night of because it was not "up to her" and it was up to the Night Auditor. All I was asking was for her to leave a note in the reservation; I planned to call again to confirm. She insisted she can't do that. Also, as i mentioned the reservation is prepaid, so it should not be a problem. The worker was incredibly rude and it was quite frustrating. At the end of call, I just said "okay, whatever." And she made sure to "Yeah, whatever" back before hanging up. As a former hospitality worker of five years (including Night Audit), I know that all property management systems have the capability to leave notes that will appear on the screen at the time of check in; I was not asking for anything impossible. The worker's tone indicated to me that she just did not want to be bothered. This is incredibly disappointing since I booked the reservation through Priceline and I cannot be refunded for it. But, if this is the treatment before check in, what does it mean for the stay? I'm disappointed already.

I stayed at Ramada for the first week of September. Paid extra for a poolside room. Said pool was NOT open. When I asked daily they kept making different reasons (read: excuses). One day I had plans in the city and it was opened specifically for another family while I was away and thus I was not able to use it for the entirety of my trip. I requested partial refund as I paid for this hotel specifically to use the pool. This refund has not been given.

This was the way rst hotel I hace stayed in ever. I have a hospitality background, so I do not take reviews and complaints lightly. I called ahead for special requests due to my health and they refused to note it in the system. They said I had to make the request upon my arrival, which I did. It took over three hours for them to get the extra pillows and blanket I needed. I was already trying to sleep due to having a 4:00 am shuttle to the airport. I could not follow up with my request because THE PHONE WAS BROKEN. I also could not dial the external number on my cell because they would automatically send me to the National line. The AC would not cool the room. WIFI was in and out making it impossible to work. There is nowhere to charge your phone near the bed, so if you need a 2:30 am alarm and the phone is broken, good luck. I could not go down to the desk and address anything since I am disabled, I was I. A lot of pain. The hotel is very difficult to navigate and get around if you are blind and disabled. The shuttle driver refused to turn on the AC as well.

We stayed here overnight, on our way to st. Thomas, taking an early flight out of Logan, having close proximity to the airport, a shuttle service and the ability to park my car there, for a reasonable rate, all helpful in meeting our travel arrangements virtually stress free.!! The room was a little dated, but otherwise comfortable, the room and the property were clean, the lobby and the breakfast area look clean and nice. My thanks to the staff

Problem with shuttle Problem with check in Problem with desk clerk Broken ice machine Dimly lit hallways We waited over an hour and forty five minutes for the shuttle. Desk clerk was very unhelpful. She could not find reservation even with my confirmation number and additional information which was sent to me from Wyndham. Hallways were dimly lit and hard to locate room. Ice machine was broken. My stay at Ramada by Wyndham in Boston (8/14 - 8/17/22) was a nightmare ! The building was very poorly designed originally. The rooms do not have windows for fresh air or daylight.  Instead, the window in the room faces a hall corridor with only a black-out shade, no sheer curtain that would allow light and privacy. The hall corridor does have windows and the a/c unit’s exhaust is vented into this corridor.    The room furniture and carpet are well worn and should be replaced (as they would be if they were in your home).   The general atmosphere in the room is shabby and gloomy.  The tv reception is snowy.   In the first room I occupied, the shower control required both hands to operate.  The laundry facility had no change machine nor soap vending machine.  I knew this was not going to be The Four Seasons but my  experience in other Ramada Inns was far better than this. On the second day, I had itching spots on my neck and thigh (see photos).  On close inspection, there were black things on the sheets and mattress cover (see photos) which I could not identify.  The staff at the front desk commiserated and assigned me another room.   The approach to both these rooms required walking by several rooms in a row which had obviously had blunt forced entry and were subsequently padlocked.  Drug bust??? The new bed had no unidentified critters but the room was just as rundown. However, after showering I opened a towel to find a wad of black hair (see photo) - mine is sandy color.    I discussed the details of the unidentified bed things with the manager (name withheld). He apologized and said he would issue a credit to my credit card for the stay.  We shook hands.  I checked out.   I still have  not received the credit that was promised ( 8 days ago). I called the manager  repeatedly, leaving three phone messages that were ignored.  A fourth call was directed to his voicemail, which was full already, and I could not leave another message.   His behavior is completely unprofessional and not an acceptable response to the issues I experienced.   I am a mature man who has travelled extensively and I have never stayed at a nationally branded facility with these conditions - especially, Ramada.  This Ramada Inn in Boston is a hotel to be avoided. Very dissatisfied !!!

Well, I didn’t realise that you can book a hotel that has one window that opens onto a wall. So effectively, it is a cell, a moist, decaying cell with 'crumbling ceiling and a sweet odour of urine and rot. We had booked a queen bed through booking.com. The blur is a lie and the rooms all open inwards towards the middle. We saw at least 3 rooms that were boarded up from apparent fire damage, but they looked like they had been smashed in! We walked in and walked straight out! 225 The front desk were exceptionally helpful and they moved us. The second room was a huge improvement but by then we had cancelled our reservation and moved to the comfort inn. That’s another issue, but for me I should have read the reviews and fled to another hotel.

The location was easily found… however this facility was NOT what we expected for the room charged. Indoor corridor was extremely hot, totally disappointed that a life guard NOT showing up eliminated the use of the pool with temperatures at 93????????? What measures are taken to avoid this issue???????? Breakfast was nicely accommodating…good choices and nicely taken care of. TOTALLY disappointed that the front desk couldn’t make change for their own washing/drying machines?? WHY offer it then??? change machine maybe???!
