I was taken aback that the hallways smelled like urine when I arrived. The night auditor signed me in and was pleasant. another issue was the early closing of the pool. They explained it away saying that the lifeguard called off. You mean there was no one else they could call. Most annoying was the front desk on Sunday the...

Staying at this hotel was, for us, a big mistake. Our travel agent arranged it, and had we known what was in store for us we would not have approved it. Ramada is comfortable, close to Boston, shuttle to JFK is very convenient. I only improve breakfast.

A good hotel out of the centre of Boston but well serviced by shuttles both to and from the nearest station (every 30 minutes) and to and from Logan airport. Breakfast is of a good quality but the rooms do not have a window that opens into the surroundings - just onto a corridor. Staff helpful and friendly.

Check in was smooth, room was clean and nicely appointed complete with a mini fridge and coffee pot ! Beds and pillows were SO comfortable!! The only oddity I had was that they photo copied my credit card, which didn't feel right to me, but they insisted it was normal protocol, and I needed the room, therefore I allowed it....
