Loved the people - wonderful service - nice room - could use a more comfortable chairs, room was big enough for one noisy inside and outside - parking cost daily, did not know this - thought it was a one time stay fee like a parking pass

Great service... great room... I have stayed here before and think it's excellent. They always offer free water and high-speed Internet. Overall just a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I have.

My family stayed here for two nights because a family member needed surgery at a local hospital. The hotel has a program where they give taxi vouchers to and from the hospital, which saved us money and made it easier on us. The hotel staff asked about my family member and were very considerate. They also had great food recommendations....

We booked this hotel for one of the four nights we stayed in Boston and we wish we had chosen to stay there the entire time! Pleasant staff, soup & sandwiches in the lobby, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was pleasant. Comfy beds and spacious bathroom was also a plus! The light rail station was just a 2...

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First time in Boston and relied on the T to get around. Front desk lady gave us perfect directions on how to use and it made our trip awesome! We arrived early and we're able to check in and hop on the T right away. It's literally right across...

Very nice place. Clean and modern. Good location. Elevators were not working while I stayed there. That was a bit inconvenient. Felt that staff could have offered to help with luggage. They never offered upon arrival or departure. A little disappointed with the service.

Front desk crew were very helpful and friendly! Ally helped me figure out my new Uber app! Thanks for your patience / we also were given a t pass for $13 that paid for our travel around the city - although we walked to the Sam Adams Brewery from the hotel - we highly recommend this tour!

This is a great hotel in Boston and is located a block from a subway station. Their nightly rate is very patron friendly. The typical thought "that you get what you pay for" does not apply here. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would have rated this hotel excellent if it were not for the construction next door....

The room was rather small but clean. I was disappointed that they had no restaurant or even a small kitchen for a continental breakfast. “My only complaint was the heat pump... I kept getting up during the night to turn the heat down so that it would not keep waking me up... I now realize that I should have shut the heat off completely... I do not mind a cool room, but my husband prefers warm. We are looking forward to our next trip to EnVision!”
