My husband is a big Red Sox fan so we stayed here for two nights for his 60th birthday. Don’t usually pay this much for a hotel but wanted to give him a view of Fenway Park. Location was the only thing special about this hotel. There was no housekeeping at all, had to call front desk to get towels for the second day. No trash emptied and no sheets available for pullout sofa bed. Sofa bed was only a 3 inch piece of foam and probably only a small child would be able to sleep on it. Breakfast was well stocked but average with the usual waffle maker. Would not stay here again. Was almost $1200 for two nights with an additional $65 a night for parking. Ridiculous !!

We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our hotel. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to addressing the issues you encountered to improve our service. Our hotel does provide Housekeeping service. Our rates do reflect the market and demand in Fenway, especially being in a busy location with the Red Sox games and concerts down the street. Regarding parking, hotel parking fees are a standard in the city of Boston, and all hotels in the area do charge for parking. We believe that our parking fees are reasonable and consistent with other hotels in the area. However, we will definitely pass this feedback to the appropriate hotel team. Please know that we take your comments seriously, and we hope you will give us another change to provide you with a better stay in the future.

The staff here was incredibly rude and disorganized. We tried to check in three separate times even after the allotted check in time of 4pm. I have been a Marriott loyalist for 25 years and am a lifetime platinum elite member. I have never had such an awful experience or been treated so poorly. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the dozens of other wonderful hotel properties in Boston.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, great breakfast and the friendliest staff! We stayed 5 nights and had an amazing stay. Excellent location to walk to Fenway Stadium and lots of places to eat, drink and shop within walking distance.

I booked this hotel because of the TripAdvisor ratings, the location and the pictures on the website. It was for us a bad choice. We did go to a show at the House of Blues which is close but everything else we wanted to do was far away and an expensive Uber ride. The upper deck bar area looks nothing like the pictures, no comfy chairs at all. The pool is inside and not heated. Many hotels have lower d their standards due to COVID and this hotel has jumped aboard that bandwagon. Would not stay here again and regret spending $1,000 for two nights

LOVE this hotel! It’s my go to place when visiting Boston. Shout out to Vincent and his team-Siena & Natasha for going above and beyond to make my week long trip, (with my special surprise occasion)truly amazing and memorable! The customer service was top notch as always and the location to Fenway and the July 4th fireworks were stellar! Comfy bed, clean pool, amazing views and an awesome roof deck are the definite highlights! I can’t speak enough to how great this hotel is!

Construction starts at 7:00am that they don't tell you about until you book the reservation. Asked to be the opposite side of the construction, which they didn't provide. No service to the room. No water in the room for Marriott awards elite status. As expensive a stay for so little service as I can remember.

Pricy hotel but AMAZING location if you’re going to Fenway. About three blocks from stadium entrance. Many restaurants and bars close by. Also a Target if you forgot something. Rooftop deck/bar is not as fancy as shown in website pics, but still a great place to hangout. Valet parking is for your entire stay but must be out by 1pm on check out day. Front desk staff is extremely helpful.

Outstanding hotel that felt like home for a month while my husband was in the hospital for a month. Every single staff member I encountered was kind, courteous and professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. The location could not have been better-close to the hospital, close to grocery store, Target and restaurants. My room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff kept it clean and tidy throughout my stay. Hotel facilities like breakfast area, laundry and pool/gym were well maintained and stocked. The rooftop terrace and bar was a great little hidden gem with tasty cocktails and a great view of Fenway Park!! I could go on and on but the most memorable thing about this hotel was how easy it made things for me while caring for my husband who was undergoing chemo at the hospital- I couldn’t have done it without this hotel, and having it be so awesome just really made a world of difference in my overall mental and emotional health-so huge thank you RIBBF you have a customer for life.…

We stayed here during one of my children’s graduation of college. Location was so convenient as we were able to walk to the campus. Also the staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. Extra kudos to the housecleaning team. As a satisfied Marriott member, I won’t stay with any other hotel chain due to their wonderful service, prices, over all accommodations.

Great location. Okay rooms. However, being very careful about booking hotel booked directly through Marriott Website booked a prepaid reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel learned 100 cheaper. Would not do anything with my rate. Go Be very savvy about booking a reservation at this hotel or maybe look elsewhere where.
