Clean accommodations and walking distance from EVERYTHING! Fenway Park is around the corner and the Freedom Trail is not far either. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Their continental breakfast is good and fresh!

Lodging in Boston is expensive. Adams and it's next door neighbor Oasis are great values. The room was small but had all the features that are needed. It is in a good location near the subway and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nearby are a Whole Foods store and CVS pharmacy. We were able to walk to a...

We stayed here fr the 2014 Boston Marathon - the B&B was within walking distance both to the race expo and the finish line. It would be about a 1/2 hour walk to the race-provided bus to the start - we took the subway to get there - it is very close to that. The B&B is in a quiet...

This is a small hotel that serves a continental breakfast, not a traditional family-owned bed and breakfast. But it's a good value compared to the cost of hotels in Boston. The rooms are small but the beds were good and pretty quiet. It's on a side street with little traffic. There was no way to adjust the room temperature, but...

The Adams Bed and Breakfast is a pleasant establishment in a very safe, convenient neighborhood with a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. The owner and staff were wonderful, very welcoming. The rooms are quite small but this is the only drawback. Although the building is older, the rooms, guest kitchen and living room were very clean and well...

My partner and I spent a weekend in Boston following a week in Provincetown. We booked a room with private bath through Oasis Guest House based on the recommendation of a colleague who went to college in Cambridge and visits Boston from time to time. Our room was in the Adams Bed and Breakfast, a few doors down from the...

We stayed two nights and we wish we had never booked this place. Rooms are tiny and dirty. It smelled musty when we got in. The "breakfast" is a joke - no coffee on either day. The location is ok for Fenway only. The proprietor who checked us out was a weasel. This place is a dump and I would...

We stayed here for the Boston Marathon this year - good place, great location! The stairs can be a little tricky for some - the stairways are quite narrow - but it was clean, quiet, and close to the Hynes Convention Center. We were there for 3 nights - definitely would stay here again!

We were in Boston for the BU graduation weekend and needed an affordable, no frills place to stay. Staff was great, the common areas and our room were clean and nicely decorated, and it was nice to have breakfast on hand. Very convenient to the T. Was wary of the shared bath but there was never a wait and it...

I found the Adams Bed & Breakfast just perfect for our four-night stay in Boston. My son and I visited Northeastern University for a couple of days, then spent two more days touristing, and this location was perfect for us. We stayed in Room 203, a room with two single beds and a bath with a shower. I loved having...

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
