Excellent location between BU and BC. Close to the T. Basic Hotel room and OK breakfast. Easy & reasonable parking. Very good service. We will go back. Only reason giving a 3 vs 4 Star rating is that the rooms are clean but old.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was clean and nice. Most importantly, the location of the hotel was perfect for me since the T station was two minutes away on foot. It was so easy and convenient to take the train to downtown Boston.

I hope that you do come back and visit us and take advantage of some of the other things that Boston has to offer! We do have Aquarium and Museum packages available to book throughout...

My bad...I should have read more closely the reviews on Tripadvisor and YELP and found somewhere else to stay. We chose this site due to the proximity to our Granddaughter's apartment and to the T. At $379/night our expectations were much different from what we encountered and I'd still be hard-pressed to give this "hotel" a higher review if the...

Hello, I am sorry to hear that your experience with us was sub par. The guest's satisfaction is and always will be our main priority. When expectations are not met, it is something that we take very seriously. We are taking steps to improve our guest rooms starting with wall vinyl and carpeting and are excited to see it's completion....

It was hot in our room when we arrived so I adjusted the thermostat to cool and set the temperature at 65 degrees. Only hot air came out of the unit..when I called the pleasant attendant informed me the AC was turned off for the entire hotel. I opened the window which did help but mulch had just been spread...

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We're sorry about the timing on the gardening - and the air conditioning. In New England it's very hard to get the timing right for the switch to AC! We appreciate your feedback and we'll be working to address all the issues you mentioned.

Great experience. Hotel room was immaculate and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Staff was excellent. Unlike most hotels, it was very quiet and we were not bothered at all. I highly recommend this Hotel if you are going to be in the area. Safe walk to MBTA Station 1 block down. FANTASTIC. Hat's off to the...

I stayed here with some friends for St Paddy's weekend and while it's not a 5 star place, there is nothing wrong with it. It's affordable and in a decent location. Location: Right next to transit line, small grocery store, corner stores and there are pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms: Clean, decent size, tv, mini fridge & microwave...

Second visit and for the most part met expectations... Location to student apartments excellent (able to walk to son's apartment and T line). Convenient to both BU and BC. Basic "free" breakfast. Only negative, we could not watch the second half of the Steeler Playoff Game. Cable TV did not get NBC and no one at the front desk could...

We were in town for a ceremony. We stayed at this hotel in May when it was still the best western and encountered some issues. However, this time around it went much better. Once again we stayed in the one bedroom suite, and it provides great value with a separate living room and kitchenette. The service was much more friendly...

Dewar travj1212, Thank you for taking the time to review Hotel Boston. Your feedback is important to us. We are sorry to hear that you found the parking price to be high. We actually charge less than any hotel in Boston, but understand the frustration. Boston is a pricey city! Cheers!

Awful...dirt hotel, really dirty rooms, extra dirty bathrooms, windows that do not open, uncaring staff, no control over thermostat, boiling hot rooms and expensive for a dump!!!! Stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2016. Can not fault the room, was clean and comfy and had all the basics, including fridge, coffee machine (with coffee, tea, etc) microwave, tv, ironing facilities.
