Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They provided a map of Boston and of the subway. You can walk to the Orient Heights station which is on the blue line in about 10 minutes. They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 20 minutes so you can also catch the shuttle there as well if you do not want to walk to the other. They have a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner as well as a bar. My only complaint was I think for such a large hotel they should have laundry service on each floor or at least more than one washer and dryer. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Give yourself more time when traveling by the subway when you are going to a Red Sox game. I thought it would only take us 17 minutes but it took over 1hr 15minutes plus we were packed like Sardines

The Hilton Garden Inn is situated close to Boston's Logan Airport and is a great location if you are doing business in Lynn or surounding areas. The 5th floor is the best to be on especially when spring break comes and families leave Boston for warmer weather. The rooms are clean and comfortable however for an extended stay residence the rooms do not come with plates, utensils or bowls of any kind. There is a mini fridge and a microwave that can be used to heat up leftovers. The staff is friendly and willing to help as requested.
The most disappointing aspect of this hotel is the lack of control over where the spring break people park their vehicles when they leave for the south. Many times the closest parking near the hotel is occupied by cars that sit there 2 to 3 weeks at a time. The diamond parking is located in the rear of the hotel and is comprised of 2 spots, there may be additional spots but I only saw the two.
This hotel is a very good spot to stay at as it is close to the airport and they run a shuttle several times every hour. They will also pick you up at the airport when you fly in but you must call the hotel and get the door number to wait at.
They also have handicapped rooms available with a number of safety bars on the walls of the shower stall.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport in mid-July and we could not have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the food was great, the location was convenient, and the service was exceptional. Kathy at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating, but everyone on staff was delightful. It was an easy 7-minute walk to the train station on the blue line and just a few stops to Aquarium and State Street. It was so easy to get around on the T, and so convenient to leave our car at the hotel and not have to pay for parking. I would HIGHLY recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport for anyone looking to visit Boston but wanting accommodations that are affordable, convenient to the airport, and convenient for driving to the city.

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Suites in several countries and have had mixed experiences. They are all basically the same design, same food and set up as part of a chain which is expected. Was not planning to stay in Boston but missed a flight connection and was sent here by the airline. I was tired and not in the best mood on arrival at the front desk Although they had some difficulty retrieving the booking they remained upbeat and calm and always chatty. They took an interest in why I was there and made sure that I was well looked after. All the staff I had dealings with were the same -they loved working there. I spoke to a manager to thank her for having a great team and she said that they were all from the community and had watched a pile of dirt and debris evolve into a hotel and they all applied to work there. They get on well and truly go the extra mile for customers. Shuttles are clean and the drivers are polite. Cleaners are courteous and diligent and making sure everything is in great shape for their guests. Food is simply but nicely prepared and good ingredients. business centre is small and there is an indoor pool and fitness centre. This is not my favourite chain but this location is an exception and given the proximity to Logan Airport I would recommend a stay

We stayed one night and it was an enjoyable night due to the cleanliness, modern rooms, and super friendly and helpful staff. They offer a shuttle to the airport which was a breeze, and then back again. We just had to get our luggage from the airport after our trip and call the hotel. Within minutes the shuttle which was clearly marked with the hotel name on it, was pulled up outside the baggage claim area. It brought us back to the hotel where our car had been left for the 8 day trip. This is an excellent, no stress hotel.

This was our 2nd stay in a couple of months. Our first stay felt much “safer” with Covid protocols. We stayed for three nights.

We were on the shuttle 2-3 times a day and not once did a driver wear a mask. One of the drivers was talking on his phone and scrolling on his phone all while driving. On one of our return trips to the hotel, we came out of the T station and I called for the shuttle. There was nobody else out on the sidewalk. We went and stood where we had been picked up and dropped off every single time prior (this trip and last) and waited for the shuttle. Slowly, people trickled out of the T station. Lo and behold, the shuttle pulled up to a different area and quickly filled up and we were stuck waiting for another shuttle. I wish there was a consistent waiting area. On a couple of occasions we walked to and/or from the Orient Heights station. It was quick and safe.

I stopped at the front desk upon returning one day and asked for a couple of things to be brought to the room. Many minutes passed and nothing showed up. I called the desk and still nothing. Finally I just walked back down to the desk and for what I needed.

Multiple little piles of trash were left next to doors in the hallway all day long. As well as piles of towels.

Most concerning moment was one of the evenings, late at night, there was a gentleman behind the front desk. He was not wearing a mask as we entered. As we approached the desk he started coughing and then pulled out a hanky and gave a hearty, snotty, blow and then went back about his business. It was truly disgusting.

Room was clean. Pool was clean. Staff was very pleasant.

I would definitely stay again (post Covid) and when staffing is more plentiful.

Front desk staff could be seen not wearing masks. They did not enforce mask wearing by guests in the common areas. Guests waiting in the front lobby, entrance and elevator areas did not wear masks. No evidence of other safety measures such as HEPA air purifiers in the common areas.

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. Our team has worked very hard during the past 20 months during the Covid-19 pandemic and during the “State of Emergency” set by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These team members stayed working serving our guests while most of America worked remotely. Our dedicated team members worked hard to adhere to and exceed all Covid-19 protocols and they continue to do so currently.

Besides being located in a less than desirable area (the ‘clientele’ hanging out front as you walk in was enough to sketch the average person out), the hotel room was clean and what we needed for less than a 12 hour stay, due to an early flight out of Logan. Would not recommend this hotel if you’re sightseeing or doing family friendly stuff in the city, as it’s not very close, and you still have to pay to travel into Boston and park, etc. It’s a decent option for solo, business travel, or if you have an early flight out (especially with the Sumner tunnel being closed all summer). Would stay at the Hilton down the street next time.

We were very pleased with our stay. It’s been several years since we last visited Boston. Back then, it was *relatively* affordable to stay downtown. But those days are gone, so we looked to areas further afield.

The hotel is only about a 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Upon arrival, we decided to take the T rather than seek out the hotel shuttle – and not that it was a terrible idea, but the airport shuttle to the Logan train stop took longer than we anticipated, so I’m sure the hotel shuttle would’ve been a lot faster. We arrived very early, so we dropped our bags and walked the ~8 minutes to the Orient Heights station and then took the train into downtown. We felt very good about the neighborhood surrounding the hotel and Orient Heights station. It was a nice walk between them. Only two stops to the airport, four stops to the aquarium. Felt very easy to get from the hotel into downtown and other places. For example, we took the T bus to Salem one afternoon, and the bus stop is even closer to the hotel than the train station.

The room itself was very comfortable. Sizable shower, firm queen-size bed, TV had plenty of channel choices. I liked that the thermostat allowed you to choose constant fan, which always helps to drown out any hallway noise. (There wasn’t much noise during our stay, but it’s inevitable that a few loud talkers will walk down the hall and 11 p.m., seemingly oblivious to the fact that people are trying to sleep behind the doors that they’re passing.)

We did not eat at the hotel restaurant. Rather, we used our Hilton Honors voucher on items from the pantry. We also did not use the fitness center, business center, or other amenities, so cannot comment on them.

When it came time to depart, the hotel shuttle was available every 15 minutes for much of the day, and then on the half hour for the rest of the time. Quick ride to the airport.

Only other thing I would mention is we were slightly irked that only a few rooms were available to choose for free when I used the Hilton app to check in, while a few others were available for additional fee. So just beware that they might nick you for a few extra dollars that way.

All in all, a very nice property that we would recommend to anyone looking to save a few bucks by staying outside of downtown.

This hotel was a major disappointment and should be an embarassment to the Hilton brand. After a lengthy flight, we checked in with no luggage at about 1:00 a.m. Besides paying nearly double the published rate via a Hilton partner booking agency, we were quite disappointed with our room and the lack of amenities. Not even shampoo. Maybe the best thing was the frequent shuttle to and from the airport. Our breakfast was an overpriced joke. The woman at our morning checkout was rude and surly and expected us, paying customers, to "wait, because I am training someone here." Ha. I guess that was more important to her than friendly customer service. I would NEVER stay here again. Never.
