Clean hotel..it felt new. The facility overall was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly, welcoming. You felt like a family member staying there. The food was well above Hilton garden standard.

Hotel's Favourite
Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They provided a map of Boston and of the subway. You can walk to the Orient Heights station which is on the blue line in about 10 minutes. They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 20 minutes so you can also catch the shuttle there as well if you do not want to walk to the other. They have a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner as well as a bar. My only complaint was I think for such a large hotel they should have laundry service on each floor or at least more than one washer and dryer. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Give yourself more time when traveling by the subway when you are going to a Red Sox game. I thought it would only take us 17 minutes but it took over 1hr 15minutes plus we were packed like Sardines

Great place for a park, stay and fly. Reasonably priced, Frequent shuttle runs to the airport. Room was clean. I can not recommend the onsite restaurant. We were going to eat there, were seated by an extremely unfriendly male host. He didn't make eye contact nor did he speak. He sat us at a dirty table which was in a very awkward spot. There seemed to be one server for all the tables. She was clearly stressed and attempting to do her best. While she ran, trying to serve all the tables, the host and cooks on the line, stood there watching her and yucking it up as if everything was running smoothly. We got up and left before even placing an order. I was so disgusted by the actions of the restaurant staff and i couldn't add more work to the server who was already in over her head. The Front desk staff was excellent and gave us a great recommendation for an alternative for dinner. The shuttle drivers were great, very friendly. We did have to wait for over 30 minutes for our pick up from the airport upon return but were told it was a miscommunication with the driver. Would give them another try minus the restaurant.

I spent one night here before an early flight out of Logan. I checked in, dropped my luggage in the room, and then returned my rental car. The hotel’s free shuttle picked me up at the rental car center quickly after I called and let them know I was ready (stop by the front desk to get the number and instructions on where they’ll pick you up). While I didn’t eat there, they have a full restaurant and bar, so you don’t have to go out and find dinner. The shuttle the next morning was quick and efficient, getting me to my flight.

Spare and clean Pros- 1. Convenient to airport with frequent shuttle 2- 24 hour coffee and cider 3 clean but spare rooms. 4 reasonable prices 5 experienced and pleasant staff for infrequent traveler Cons 1. No free streaming TV service 2 I could hear noises in other rooms above 3 no beverage tables in front of the numerous couches unless you sit at a table. So hold coffee and use iPhone at same time.

This was my first time staying here. We were immediately greeted and processed quickly and effectively. The reception desk staff is on the ball, especially Caitlin. The bartender, Oscar, was also great. We are leaving our car here for a week as we travel to California. All in all a good decision to come here. Thanks

We stayed here the night we arrived in Boston because of the reviews and shuttle. We didn't want to spend the extra money for the hotel we were staying for the weekend since we arrived so late. Excellent customer service. Management was great. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a hilton garden inn. Well maintained, nice infrastructure. Even a covered pool…Room was great, huge in size, fantastic king size bed. Bathroom ok, shower was fine. We ate on the premises. Food was regular. The hotel is located in a spooky neighbourhood; you don’t want to walk in the street at night; there is nothing around the hotel you would want to do/go to. The building is surrounded by parking. Hundreds of parking spots. But charges $20 for a parking night…It offers a shuttle to the airport which is 10 minutes away. The hotel is appropriate only if you need a night next to the airport.

We seem to be flying in and out of Boston Logan a lot lately, so we've been staying at the various airport hotels on a pretty regular basis. This was our first stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. After calling the hotel for a pick-up, the airport shuttle was there almost immediately. Commute traffic was terrible, but the driver was very nice and very efficient. Because our flight the next day didn't leave until 5:00 pm, we asked about a late check-out. We half expected an argument or that we'd have to pay a fee, but we were immediately offered a 2-hour extension. Since we had so much time to kill the next day, we were trying to think of things to do around the hotel before we had to check out. We mentioned it to Loreen (the lovely waitress at breakfast) who immediately gave us all kinds of suggestions and directions to interesting sights in the area. Thank you Loreen! All in all, our experience with this Hilton Garden Inn was really great and we will definitely be back.

I went to this hotel as part of Gate 1 travel & spent additional nights on my own. The airport shuttle is very efficient & accessible. It's a real plus. I got a runaround from a tour company & needed to stay an extra night. I paid $435 for a weds night & it didn't even include breakfast. Since I already was familiar with the place & I was solo, I went ahead with it. I felt safe there. I stayed in resting an entire day & was thrilled with the lobster roll in their restaurant. Didn't need to leave for anything. The rooms are lovely. I needed to lock up my large suitcase to go on an overnight Niagara Falls trip. It was very efficient for me to return back for the final night before an early flight out the next morning, The staff were all very nice.
