I travel to Boston for one week every month for business, the Hamtion Garden Inn and Staff are the reason I stay here everytime. One of the Staff member, Theresa, who works in the kitchen/bar area, always is in a great mood and great me when I come down to eat. The way she treats customers, ensures the food is good (which I've never had a bad meal, props to the cooking team) and the way Theresa and the team make me feel like I'm back in a welcoming environment is the reason I'll keep coming back and book all employees I sent to Boston at this hotel. 100% recommended and will keep staying here and everyone who travels for business or pleasure should too.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport in mid-July and we could not have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the food was great, the location was convenient, and the service was exceptional. Kathy at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating, but everyone on staff was delightful. It was an easy 7-minute walk to the train station on the blue line and just a few stops to Aquarium and State Street. It was so easy to get around on the T, and so convenient to leave our car at the hotel and not have to pay for parking. I would HIGHLY recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport for anyone looking to visit Boston but wanting accommodations that are affordable, convenient to the airport, and convenient for driving to the city.…
Check in was a breeze, we did park n stay car was in a great safe spot, hotel was very clean, good food and staff very accommodating!!! Room cleaned nice and quiet also! Shuttle to airport was on time and the driver was kind.
Fantastic staff. Yes, the hotel is a bit old and run down around the edges. Yes, the furniture has nicks and sometimes, dents. But super clean, incredibly friendly staff, and whatever we needed was easily done. I expected it would be noisy, too, but it was not. The only thing I wish was that the windows would open. Otherwise, stellar.
I first stayed at this hotel when it was a new property. The excellence in customer service, hospitality and cleanliness was excellent then and it’s excellent now! The amenities are also quite amazing and the restaurant has a great small menu that always hits the spot. And the rooms are spacious and pristine. I have stayed at this property many times in the past several years (whether going to, or coming back from, a vacation). Being able to leave my car safely has also been a major plus! This trip was for the Boston International Film Festival where my film was making its East Coast Premiere. I’m not a celebrity or a star. Nothing close. And yet the staff asked about the film, gave me a welcome card of congratulations with a goodie basket and at each point of my stay asked how things were going. That is the extra mile we often look for and don’t get. I wasn’t really looking for it and got it anyway. I’ve been forced to stay at other Boston properties on occasion when HGI is booked solid. Sadly none of them compare. If you are traveling or even just looking for an overnight, this is the Boston hotel I would recommend first. All I can say is, “Stay here…you’ll be glad you did.”…
