Yet another wonderful visit to the Four Seasons Boston! This is a favorite of our entire family because they are always friendly, accommodating and generous to our children. Our rooms are lovely and comfortable and the location is so convenient. The concierge is always willing to help us with advance reservations or tickets, suggestions of activities or directions and no...

Stayed at the Four Seasons as a guest for a wedding. Great wedding, happy it was at this hotel. Service great, good location, across the street from a beautiful park. Hope I get to go to more wedding there.

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons in Boston for a week in June. We were delighted by the central location, which is right across the street from Boston Public Gardens. The city is so walkable, and we found many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is outstanding: from the lovely rooms to the well-equipped fitness center...

The Four Seasons Boston is a classic as it faces the Public Garden and is home to The Bristol Lounge. The service was excellent as we have come to expect at any Four Seasons property. The fitness center is very well equipped and the indoor pool looked well maintained. We live outside of Boston so we don't often stay in...

Best location in Boston, overlooking the common, near the shopping streets (Newberry and Charles). The Gym is FANTASTIC. The food ok (not great, stayed four days, told them I am gluten free and lactose free, asked for unsweetened soya milk never got it and the one type of gluten free bread they had was awful), if breakfast is important to...

I brought my family to a recent business event at the Four Seasons in Boston. We were greeted by name and warmly receiving. While going through the the check out process the staff gave a "stuffed friend" to our 7 year old son. We were then escorted over to the concierge desk who helped us with directions and touring tips...

The Four Seasons Boston provides a very personal atmosphere in a "big city" hotel. Rooms and rates are as expected for a top tier hotel, but the difference is the staff. Definitely, one of the friendliest, outgoing staffs I have encountered in a large hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

It was a beautiful, historic hotel, in a prime location in Boston. I have lived in Boston for years, but had never stayed at the Four Seasons. Since moving from the area, we were back from a wedding. Although the service was phenomenal and the experience was unforgettable, the amenities and accommodations are not updated. The bathrooms are beautiful with...

Stayed here for business in June. Great hotel with excellent service. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome here. Anytime I needed anything, the hotel staff went out of their way to take care of it for me. Thank you to them and I would return for sure. Food was excellent as well. I had breakfast,...

While the room was certainly comfortable and well appointed, the door to the bathroom in our Deluxe room was right next to the head of the bed. If my husband was in the bathroom, I felt as though I was right in there as well. Check room configuration if you're staying there. Should be better thought out at Four Seasons...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
