Stayed here for the 2017 centricity live conference. The woman who checked me in was amazing. Gave me a room closer to the conference, signed me up for their rewards so I received a free Starbucks drink and was just overall pleasant to talk to. Love that there is a full service Starbucks here. Definitely needed. The rooms were nice....

Last year we did not have a great experience while staying here during Anime Boston. We stayed here for 2 nights during the Anime Boston convention this year, and I am very glad we gave it another chance. Everything was perfect. The staff was wonderful, room service was prompt and yummy, and the room had a great view with club...

Always a great stay. Very hospitable and accomadating! They go above and beyond. The rooms are quite sizable. We are Starwood members . The amenities in the hotel are great! The club level is awesome.

We stayed for 2 nights in a ground floor room which had 2 double beds on request. The beds were comfortable the room was very clean. To get to Boston city you need to take a train which is within an easy walkng distance and not expensive approx 6.00 for return trip. We had a nice stay the staff were...

Friendly customer service at check in. Gave us option of room preferences. Great views. Good price. Only negative- thin walls. We heard kids get up very early Sunday morning around 6:00 am. We were on 25 Th floor.

Great location. Clean hotel and room. We were on the 27th floor and had an amazing view of the city. There are many places of interest within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was very well versed on the area and gave excellent advice concerning restaurants in the area. Even though they were remodeling there were no inconveniences at all. Shuttle to and from airport was very timely and driver was great. Couldn't complain about anything if I wanted to. Great stay.

Their services is terrible. Never have I had to pay a handling fee to receive a small package to the hotel. The hotel charged 10 USD to hand over a package?? Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Would rather stay in a hotel where these small kind of gestures are complimentary and not where every small service has a ridiculous fee.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
