You won't be blown away by the Westin, but it's a nice place to stay. Rooms were a bit small, but were neat and clean. A bit tight for my full family. Best part about the hotel is it's connected to Copley Plaza shopping and to Prudential Center mall. No need to go outside and all connected by tunnels. No...

Room was nicely appointed, service was great, bathroom a tad small. We had a corner suite and it had a FABULOUS view of Copley Square. Also, meetings held in the same hotel and the food was terrific. Awkward set up for the meals and breaks (I would have had a walk around set up versus along a window. Single line...

We have stayed in this hotel at the beginning of February with my wife. The location of hotel is very convenient; near to subway station and in a very peaceful place. The view is great if you stay in a river side room. The rooms are clean, big enough and comfortable. I recommend for both business and leisure trip.

Just spent a lovely long weekend at the Westin in Copley square. We love the location. The room was fabulous. The shower was great. We really appreciate the special touches like the coffee maker, water bottles and bath robes. There are lots of places to eat nearby and lots to do within walking distance. Parking in Boston is very expensive...

Brian Testorf - Guest Services Agent was outstanding to us. First class service, great suggestions on restaurants and just a wonderful attitude. I am a Platinum member and he upgraded us to a beautiful suite with killer views of Boston and the Charles River for my family as were visiting colleges. Rooms were immaculate and new Elite Lounge was spectacular....

I just spent four nights at htis place. Upon check in, I observed that the bathroom was not clean and that the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. I brought this to the attention of the front desk. They sent housekeeping. Housekeeping simply "slopped some water around" but did not clean the bathroom any better than it was at...

Location is quite central, near all sorts of shopping. Hotel is very pet friendly and situated right diagonal to a park. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are helpful and courteous. I had one of the best New England chowder from their room service!!!!

I am currently staying at the Westin Copley on business. The biggest plus for this hotel is the staff. I usually stay at the Westin Copley when in Boston on business for convenience of the location and basically because of the amazing staff. While I stay here frequently, I often travel by train and not car. The last time I...

With the choice of so many hotels in Boston....this one is just adequate. Nothing great and nothing absolutely wrong. A most convenient location, nice smelling lobby, friendly doorman, f & b to choose from. The only stand out for me was the Executive lounge which has recently been refurbished and looks great and the service staff in there were caring...

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your review. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed our location and our new Westin Club, however I'm disappointed to hear we fell short in other areas. We look to exceed our guest's expectations and I'm sorry to hear your stay was only adequate. We hope you...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
