I've stayed here a number of times over the years in conjunction with conferences. It's really one of my favorite hotels. The location is perfect--a short walk to excellent shopping and dining, and very accessible via public transportation. Rooms & beds are super comfortable and the staff is outstanding--especially Lincoln, who solved a big problem for me. Great views, very...

Excellent stay. Ended up with this lovely hotel through Hotwire hot deals. I am also a SPG member and was allowed to attach that to my reservation and earn point for my stay. Arrived around 1:30pm and was able to check in right away. This hotel is convenient to the T - one block from either green line Copley stop...

Every two years I attend a conference at the Westin Copley Place and look forward to the hotel. For one thing, no rental car is needed. From Logan airport it's just $2.75 if you take the free shuttle to the T Blue Line station, then buy a ticket and ride to Government Station, transfer to the Green Line and get...

The Westin Copley Place in Boston was a solid, fine hotel. No complaints, as it was a good stay. The exercise room was unusually good, and the location in the center of Boston was good too. I went to many places in Boston, and the Westin was always a convenient starting point for an easy trip to everywhere.

This is a convention hotel in a very good location. Boston Common is a fifteen minute walk, and there are shopping and eateries along the way. Several T stops are nearby, and Back Bay station provides Amtrak service. There is a large bank of elevators so wait time is minimal. My room was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nicely...

First the good points - the hotel is in a good location. Of course, the rate per night and valet are very expensive, but you would expect that in a big city. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view of the river and city. The biggest problem is the bathroom. It is very tiny. There is no way...

The beauty of the Westin is that which ever one you go you feel at home the moment you walk in the lobby. The rooms and the beds are heavenly and the staff are up to their professional standards... Home away from home. A great location too!

This property is an average facility, physically. It's the same layout and design as the Westin Cincinnati, implying it was built quite a while ago, and while being made over internally, is a dated building. The staff is average too. Not overly helpful, but not rude or uninviting. They need a little backbone tho as they were afraid to take...

Stayed here for a conference and you can definitely tell that this is a conference hotel where they churn guests/rooms very quickly. This hotel is NOT up to Westin standards. The room was dirty and it just felt a little gross. No attention to detail and did not feel like a luxury hotel brand. See photos, found hair in multiple...

I stayed at the Copley a few months back while medical treatments and the experience I had was incredibly memorable. I stayed for three months. I was welcomed by Dean Henry, the Desk Supervisor and he assured me that anything I needed I would received. Additionally, I met with the Director of Guest Services, Sarim Son, who also made sure...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
