For the price, the hotel served the purpose we needed. We were in town for a wedding and did not spend much time in the room. The ac did not work in our room, hair was found in our shower, and we went to use our ice bucket and it was full of water from the last guest.

Our stay was pleasant, and affordable compared to many other places in the middle of Boston. We arrived by subway and it didn't take us long to find it. The only confusing thing was a midtown hotel sign about 200 feet before the actual entrance of the building. The room was clean but dated. There was nothing out of the...

The location for this hotel is ideal. It is right next to the prudential center, and more importantly, very near a T stop, making commuting easy. The service was great, and the rooms where really nice as well. The only thing that could have made the stay better was complementary breakfast.

The hotel is good and the location is pretty good, near to good neighborhoods and near to the subway that goes to the main touristic points of the city. We stayed just for one night, however our experience was great.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, a few steps away from the Prudential Center. You definitely won't need a car to move around, wish is a great deal. Excellent restaurants nearby. The only complaint I have is the price wish seems a little high.

As I applied for a lodging place for the AUA 2017 , this was the only rational price and distance from convention !! It seem to me more a motel on the highway then a hotel. The only service you get is a bed and parking ( in payment apart) . There is no restaurant , and the 2 vending...

Very clean. Customer service is great. Parking should be less expensive or complimentary. Decent location. No problems throughout my stay. Perfect for a one night stay for just a place to sleep. Surrounded by nightlife.

The Midtown provides a good location for those who like to walk a few blocks to the Garden or just two blocks to Symphony Hall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are somewhat overpriced given that there is no breakfast and things are a bit dated. The room was very clean, but the elevators need to be cleaned.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful! They were always willing to provide assistance and answer questions. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location for conferences and food. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the hotel room.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
