It has a bit of age on it, but certainly nicely appointed. Staff (desk and restaurant) were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good enough for a hotel meal. The room was clean and well taken care of by housekeeping staff. Would suggest a room on the opposite side of McClellan Hwy due to the road noise. Biggest complaint was the lack of comfort in the bed - and whilst we prefer a firm bed, this one was ultra firm and difficult to get rest. Of note, the commode is pressure assist, and works well - except it is LOUD.

This airport hotel is conveniently located however it’s very much showing its age and management has made no effort to update the premises. Our room was dark and gloomy. The lighting in both the room and the bath is inadequate.

My wife made the reservation without shopping and we paid a full premium price of more than $400/night for the single night we were there. That won’t happen again.

The hotel does have an airport shuttle but Uber over to better, cheaper hotel on your stay. You will save money and have a better stay.

As a solo business traveler, convenience it my top priority, followed closely by amenities. The Courtyard by Marriot at Logan Airport is almost my ideal hotel. Within 10 minutes of the departure gates, the Courtyard by Marriot is a clean, modern hotel with an enthusiastic and courteous staff. Accessible from a major road, the Courtyard offers ample and well lit parking and a restaurant / bar with a diverse, Boston-centric menu. The nightly price may seem steep however it is in line with the value of this hotel. It has become my hotel of choice when flying out of Boston.

Nowadays, it's really rare to meet customer service professionals, especially in the hospitality field, who genuinely care about their guests, customers and just people and not only about meeting their responsibilities. Today, I was reaffirmed of the reputation, professionalism, and credibility of the Courtyard Marriott thanks to two lovely workers covering a night shift at this hotel in the lobby, Italo and Heber. Today, I got my flight unexpectedly moved to the following day, and in panic and desperate for rest, I arrived at the Courtyard Marriott hotel near the airport, and I was pleasantly surprised by how effectively they were able to calm me, provide the available options and excellent service. Thank you, guys, for your deep commitment to service and to ensuring maximal comfort and satisfaction for your guests. Italo and Heber truly deserve a promotion because, thanks to them, now wherever I travel, Courtyard Marriott is going to be my go-to hotel for the trip regardless of the price.

Let me look at the positives first. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the little shop by the front desk is nice to have. It is also nice to have the option of leaving your car there while you travel (for a price) and my car was safe for the week. The shuttle ran promptly and efficiently and the drivers were friendly and helpful when we departed and when we arrived. There were notable drawbacks, however. First, the parking cost is not much less than the Logan Airport garage. The extra cost for leaving your car on site has risen so much there was only a $45 difference between leaving our car off site at the hotel or reserving Airport Central Parking for the week in advance. In the end we obviously chose the hotel but it is no longer the significant cost benefit it once was. Also, when we checked into our room, there was an old meal left inside the fridge! It was some sort of chicken parm-like meal that had clearly been there a while because it had a VERY strong odor. We had to move it to the hallway because it was late and we needed sleep but the smell lingered and it was still in the hallway the next morning.. There is no way of knowing how long the meal sat in the fridge before we found it upon check-in. It is also a fairly noisy hotel, thin walls, etc. so be prepared for that. All in all it was fine, aside from the rancid meal left in the fridge, but just average overall.

We would of loved to of had the opportunity to fix this in the moment; rather than receiving the information via social media. I will make sure we share these comments with our Executive Housekeepers so that we can take steps to make sure this doesn't happen again. In regards to our Park and Fly option; we understand that it is not cost efficient for you and I apologize. Our system regulates the rates based on the availability of our parking lot. When you arrive to the hotel without a park and fly reservation; we offer the ability to add it on for $30.00 a day if available. We are glad this option was available for you. Good location close to the airport (even with tunnel traffic - because parts of the tunnel is closed). Really nice employees, clean, modern and comfortable employees. But most of all, taking the extra steps... I forgot my i-phone charger & didn't realize until I unpacked. I asked the front desk and they had a charging station securely tucked away behind the front desk. It was 8pm so I handed it over to get a full charge and then went to the restaurant to have a glass of wine while knocking out some emails. A really nice server named Debbie sat me right away and got my wine quickly. A good place is good until you really need help, and then they become great!

To put into context we were only staying for one night before travelling onwards . On arrival the hotel looks less than inviting . Checkin wasn’t great , nothing explained about the hotel , restaurant times or any of the facilities . Guest before us was given complementary water . We had to buy 2x 2litre bottles for $7 each . Our room was outdated , the AC was so noisy and woke me every time it switched on . There were four coffee sachets in the room but no milk / sugar . The bathroom was very dated and the shower difficult to operate due to the dial being stiff . We went to the pool which was a very underwhelming experience , to the point we didn’t get in as the water was so cold .
On the plus side the restaurant was good . Both food and service were great .
We wouldn’t return to this hotel or recommend .

This was an absolute terrible experience!!!! I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel. Our first night there, our room had so many problems. The first issue was we had NO WORKING AC !! We were staying on the 3rd floor and it was hot as hell. I addressed the desk about it and was told there was no other rooms. When we attempted to take a cool shower to try and combat how hot it was, the tub would not drain. Within being in the shower for 5 minutes, my feet were fully submerged. Our deadbolt on the door also would not lock. The next morning i went back down to the front desk i asked for the hotel manager so i could talk to them about these issues again, the housekeeping manager came out and pretended to be the hotel manager (which i found out later). I explained the multiple issues and asked if our room could be switched. I was told there was no other rooms we could be moved to, and the best they could do was send a technician to my room and i was handed a “Free Breakfast for two” voucher for “the inconvenience”. I told the “Manager” i could not stay and wait for the technician to arrive due to a scheduled engagement but that i would be back in a few hours and left my phone number. When i came back to my room there was a note left on the dresser from the technician. The note said “The A/C is broken, please go request another room”………which i had already done … and was told that was not possible, and that is why the technician was called. I then took the note down to the front desk, and was instantly moved to a new room. When it came time to check out I requested to speak with the manager because i did not want to get charged full price for the first night (after everything we just dealt with), and I was told there would be no manager available until after the required check out time, but that one would call me to discuss these issues. I was told by the front desk, that i would not be checked out in the computer system until the manager spoke with me. 2 and a half hours later a manager did finally call me and it just got worse from there. I was told because i took the “Free Breakfast” voucher (that i could not use because i was not told it is only valid until 11AM), that nothing could be done for me about my room issues. I was not given a choice about taking the voucher. I was also told my room could initially NOT be switched, and then after having to sleep in an overwhelmingly hot room, i was FINALLY switched. After all of this i was now told there was nothing that could be done about it because i was forced to take this unusable voucher… this experience was absolutely unacceptable.

Upon my early morning check-in 12:30am very tired couldnt wait to get to bed. Turn down the sheets and bed was full of pubic hairs on sheets and pillows. Management changed my room but that room had no body wash in the dispenser. Went out for day and when returned at 4:30pm, room had not been serviced. I complained to management and they simply did not care. They told me that rooms are only cleaned btwn 6:00am - 3:00pm even though i had requested it. I told the manager that I would write this review and he said "go ahead"!

I arrived at 11pm Terminal B and it took over 30 mins to get through to the hotel to request shuttle pick up. I was on hold to reservations, who eventually told me they could only give me an alternative number to call. When I called it was Logan Airport advice centre. They eventually put me though to the hotel, who told me to go up a level to B203 and wait. 15 mins later the shuttle arrived. So the whole process took nearly an hour. Grrrr.

The rooms are Marriott 1990s. But serviceable.

The restaurant is good - ate breakfast and dinner there. Service and food better than expected.

Checking out late at night was painful. The member of staff was wearing a “night audit” badge and told me I couldn’t check out it would have to be put on my card later, as he was running an audit! Eventually he went to get someone else someone else and I got my bill, but it took far too long.

The shuttle back to the Airport took just 10 mins and the driver was very helpful.
