I have stayed at this hotel several times and have had nothing but positive experiences. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. My wife and I were travelling with two young children and our requests were met allowing for an easy transition with our little ones. At the time of check-in a very large group of people (I'm guessing...

Staff was very courteous and professional. Room was clean, TV had excellent reception & picture quality. On-site cafe slightly pricey but good food. Walking/running path nearby (takes you along the bay). Subway station is close. Pick up & drop off at the airport was fast. Only complaint is that the internet reception seemed spotty at times.

Boston was the last stop on our week long cruise. We arrived to the city much earlier than anticipated so I was a little worried that we wouldn't be able to get an early check in. However to my surprise, the hotel was very accommodating. Not only did they allow us to check in early, but they also did so without charging...

The hotel was nice, clean, and a good price but there were a few problems the hotel is bad for family's no pool and a lot of business men stay here the marketplace breakfast was not hot and seemed like it was probably sitting out the location is also in a bad part of town the only plus on location...

Area was quiet, the rooms clean, free internet. The parking lot is good and once you park you can take public transport easily. It was nice to have the bar be opened until midnight:) We would stay there again. Could use a little larger market for drinks, etc. and not a fan of Starbucks but coffee right there in the...

Excellent Staff! Welcoming and very professional. I am happy with the overall positivity of each staff. Beginning from the front desk to the security personnel. Also the people in the breakfast room! I had a positive interaction with staff from many walks. All good! I stayed a couple of nights with Two Children. The double-full-bed was excellent to accommodate the...

Came to Boston for a weekend over the summer to visit my brother who was on co-op at Northeastern. Most of the Hilton brand hotels in the area were super expensive so this at $199/night was the best deal. Quick 5 minutes walk from the JFK/UMass stop on the Red Line (which is a quick ride to/from downtown), but finding...

I stayed here with a husband recently. It was great. Lovely spacious room and helpful staff. The cafe downstairs is great for grabbing a bagel and coffee for breakfast. It wasn't expensive either. We were worried we might be a bit far away from the city centre for exploring but it was ideal. The hotel is close to the train...

There were a few reasons we picked this hotel.....we thought it looked like easy on/off freeway access for my brother who was dropping us off (wrong !!) and it was cheaper than several other options. So, it was OK. The hotel needs help....remodeling, fresh paint, new, carpet. The beds are good and it's quiet, but a huge drawback is that there...
