Gal says: The hotel is located at BU and Fenway Park. The green line is 1/2 block down and the hotel is a good long walk from center city - which you can take along Commonwealth Ave or along the Charles River path... Or easily uber or subway down the way. The hotel itself is not one to choose if...

This hotel is conveniently located near Fenway Park and walking distance to several fabulous restaurants. Parking is right next door, with a special rate for hotel guests. The rooms are spacious and very clean with upgraded amenities, and the staff is pleasant & helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the stay was pretty nice. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Live music one evening in the lounge was great. But...showers were cold! First night water would only get to barely warm. Next day ok. Third shower, freezing cold. Would not even warm up a bit. On check out, overheard other guests with the same comment.

We apologize for the problems that you encountered with hot water during your recent stay with us. We did have a problem with one hot water boiler that services a section of the hotel and worked diligently to repair it. We realize this was an inconvenience and problem for you and would be happy to discuss it further with you...

I stayed here for one week when I attended the World Figure Skaing Championships. I stayed in a very small economy room without any view but it had a large bathroom and everything was clean and modern. The coupon for money off of breakfast was a plus and it was super close to the T train. I would stay again...

Booked online for location and good rate compared to Copley Plaza hotels. Arrived early for check-in, glad we did, got one of the last parking spaces, had to go around the block and then go down a story to park. Greeted nicely by Kevin, told we were upgraded to a better suite, no offer to help with bags! Very pleased...

Thank you for responding to our survey requests and providing us with valuable feedback. I am sorry to hear that the internet service was not satisfactory to you. We did just recently perform upgrades to our equipment and increase the bandwidth/capacity. I will have our IT consultant review this and adjust as necessary. My wife and I took a trip to Boston for a "bucket list" visit to Fenway. She got the tickets and I planned the rest of the vacation. I chose the Buckminster because of its close proximity to Fenway. It didn't disappoint. We were close to the park and Boston University so there were plenty of restaurants and it was...

GREAT ROOM, OVERLOOKING FENWAY. Convenient parking, easy access to the area. Clean room nicely decorated. I felt the breakfast prices were a little high. I would stay there again, no worries. xxxxxxxxxx

The room was ok. Shutters for windows were broken, bad patches in walls and doors. Otherwise the room was clean and you are a 2 minute walk away from Fenway. The 1-star is solely based on the quality of the staff. I was told there would be a $100 hold on my card for "incidentals" which is fine. However they...

The location is right by Boston University, Fenway park and the T. We were in town for BU graduation so we were close to all the BU activities. The room was dated but it was clean. Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
